Sharing here with our heartfelt thanks for her kind support that made it possible for us to close the purchase in the end. She understood the needs of all sides and kept all communications and negotiations smooth. GoogleWhat struck us about AdM, and in particular Lisa Knight at the Beckenham branch, was just how passionate and excited they were at the prospect of being able to sell our house. It was an enthusiasm you simply don't experience with other estate agents and when your estate agent demonstrates those qualities in front of prospective buyers, needless to say it makes the selling process that much quicker and easier. Lisa did her homework lining up as many suitable prospective buyers as possible far in advance of putting the house on the market. We all did our due diligence on the property value and we agreed to set an ambitious asking price managing to get 2 offers above asking price on the first day of viewings! We had a number of challenges throughout the process outside of AdM's control but Lisa and the team went way beyond the call of duty to help us get through them. Thanks to AdM we are now living in our dream home!

GoogleI can't thank the team at Alan De Maid Beckenham enough. They were fair and realistic in regards to setting my expectations around the sale price, they were efficient and effective setting up viewings and they were friendly and communicative in relation to the after-sales care. When my first prospective buyer unexpectedly pulled out on exchange day, they were quick to get another sale agreed and were supportive and transparent which really helped put my mind at ease during what is an inherently stressful time. I really appreciated the way they coordinated with all parties and drove the sale process forward post agreement, and I found the whole team to be genuinely kind, forthcoming and helpful with the other facets of my move.

GoogleWe recently sold our house with Alan de Maid (Beckenham) and had a fantastic experience with them! We had a few different agents round to look at the property and Lisa and Gina were the most personable and professional agents and were genuinely interested in our property. They took time to get to know the property and they gave us confidence in them from the the very start. That confidence wasn’t misplaced as throughout the process they were efficient, great communicators, archived a high yet fair price for our house and dealt with some difficult other parties extremely well! A genuinely really pleasant experience all round with a lovely pair of people! We would most definitely go to them again should we need! Thank you Lisa and Gina at AdM Beckenham! 🙌🏻

GoogleAlan de Maid has been fantastic throughout the whole process of sale all the way up to completion. They had our flat sold within 1 weekend, they've been excellent with communication to us as well as our buyers, negotiated on our behalf, and proactively chased the whole chain when needed, repeatedly. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Especially Lisa Knight and Georgina Morin have been superb.

GoogleAlan De Maid in Beckenham were great throughout the whole process. Lisa Knight dealt with our sale and was extremely helpful from start to finish. Our purchase turned out to be more complex than expected but Lisa helped push things along with our sellers solicitors, going above and beyond to get things over the line. Whilst the purchase was a stressful experience, Lisa helped out hugely and managed ours and our buyers expectations very well. I would definitely recommend Alan De Maid.
