GoogleWe re running through the process of purchasing our first home with Alan de Maid after spending more than a year searching for homes in the neighbourhood! ( we are new to the UK so extended learning process :) ) Unlike all other RE agencies of the area (I ve checked them all and spoke to agents and visited more than 40 properties ), we had an amazing experience with Maria! Super clear, professional, straight to the point, gave us space, clear guidance, and was extremely on point ! She is very consultative in her selling and made our experience amazing until we posted an offer. Our offer got accepted and the service we are currently receiving is exceptional by all measures, she picks up her phone systematically, answers all our questions and is efficient in everything she takes care of, she is our fixer and this agency is such a gem! I truly can’t recommend enough Alain de maid, the service is very boutique like and top notch (Dubai and New York standards ) ! And especially ask to deal with Maria if you want to have a seamless process and accurate advice !

GoogleWe’re currently going through a purchase of a flat through the Bromley branch. We have found everyone we spoke to really helpful especially Maria Ticehurst who has assisted with our property search from the start. She managed to find us our dream flat and has been really quick at responding to queries we’ve had. GoogleBoth Maria and Robin have been amazing during the purchase of my new home. GoogleAlan de Maid have sold two properties for me. They are the best estate agents I have used: both sales had some challenges which they managed superbly. More importantly, they have integrity - they emphasise honesty and transparency in all their dealings, whether you are a buyer or a seller. Their staff are always friendly and available; presumably this is why, when I last visited, their shelves were lined with thank you cards. Thank you for all of your hard work, Robin!

The Staff (Ndidi and Bee) were extremely helpful in finding me a suitable house and were professional in the discussion between myself and the Landlord. James has been exceptional in his service, always available on WhatsApp, which is uncommon as most agents do not share their personal numbers. His dedication to saving my time by advising whether a house would suit our needs was immensely helpful. Although I ultimately purchased a house through another means, James was the first agent to show us various bungalows and houses in Orpington since last December. His guidance and support were invaluable throughout the process. It’s worth noting that James is not just an estate agent but also a neighbor and a trusted family man. James worked tirelessly on his side to push the transaction along and would always call every week or so to check in and ask if he could assist, even if it was a slower period of the process. GoogleI have absolutely no hestitation in recommending ADM for selling a house. I came to them in January this year to sell my late father's house after a horrendous year with another local estate agent (TB) where we had numerous set backs, including 'buyers' with no funds, price drops and general time wasting. I approached ADM and had Dario do the initial valuation which was aligned with what I thought it would be. They marketed the property and I have to say their photos were much clearer than the original agents and included a detailed floor plan. Within two weeks we had a full asking price offer which was £15k above what the previous agent had managed even with all the property instability with mortgage rates and price drops over the year. Most of my dealings were with Matt who kept me informed, reassured me when I got nervous due to past experience and the sale was very easy and straighforward. These agents are friendly, professional and efficient. From start of marketing to completion it took less than three months. Thank you to everyone at ADM Orpington. The process of buying a house can be stressful, and even more so for a 1st time buyer, however using Alan de Maid has made an otherwise frightening process less so. Maria Ticehurst at the Bromley branch has been extremely helpful throughout this process, constantly communicating, answering any questions I might have, providing reassurance where applicable, and she also made the referral to the in house mortgage advisor Dev Patel who has equally been helpful and responsive during the process. As a 1st time buyer, I couldn't have asked for a better team to help handle the process.
