Sadly the sale itself became complex when our original buyers dropped out at the very last minute, which was incredibly stressful, but Annie was really supportive and helped us to re-list and find new buyers within a week whilst keeping our onward purchase moving. Everyone in the office was excellent at communicating with us and were always at the end of the phone when we had a query. Ryan took over our case once we moved on to our second set of sellers and was equally brilliant and committed to getting our sale through quickly after the drama we'd had. Second time round we managed to wrap everything up in 6 weeks and move on to the house we'd been hoping to buy. I can't recommend their services highly enough.
