Customer service really bad and do not go through these guys bunch of useless agents who pretend to act professional and act as if they know what their doing but have zero knowledge of customer service and respect.Take half a year to act on a request and talk to customer like animal.This is the Southampton centre site.

GoogleWhat you want from a good estate agent is tenacity and professionalism, I can't fault Charters in Winchester or either score. Selling a property inevitably brings with it anxiety and stress, delays and disappointments but hopefully success in the end. Charters helped guide us through the ups and downs of selling the property and always updated me regularly and, after many months, we finally have reached the finishing line.

They answered their phones, responded to emails and messages promptly, and were always courteous and professional. Sarah Bainbridge in particular, has been very helpful. Not only did she find the property that suited my requirements, but saw everything through very swiftly and efficiently.
