It would be easy to cynically lump all estate agents into one ‘pot’, but this agent stands above the rest. Worthy of particular mention is Sophie Pickering: her friendly and honest approach hit the right note and her prompt attention to communication cannot be faulted.

GoogleCharters had a remarkably poor post-sale service, caused damage to the property during the sales process, referred unqualified and substandard surveying through their Trinity Rose arm. They then lie about being connected, and lie throughout the sale completion process. They drag out the sales process and abuse their client data - selling it to numerous other organisations despite an explicit instruction to the contrary. Very poor service and unethical practice - and been referred to the Ombudsman.
Mr Daniel Gormley. We are very sorry to learn that you have chosen to respond in this manner especially when we have already written you an exhaustive explanation of the timeline of actual events. Naturally we take all reviews, comments and allegations very seriously and we would welcome the opportunity to challenge some of your statements through more appropriate channels. We have also proven that Trinity Rose Chartered Surveyors, an RICS Regulated firm, were independently sourced and selected by your purchaser. No client data is EVER shared or sold, despite your claim.
