We were lucky to have Leanne coordinating both our sale and purchase proceedings over the last few months which meant we always had access to a very supportive and professional single point of contact.. Charters was a wonderful agent to work with. From the very beginning they encouraged a relaxed but professional relationship which made them easy to deal with. They worked all sorts of hours meaning that access was brilliant! Due to problems with the buyers, it fell through twice, however the remarking and subsequent agreements were always very quick and to our satisfaction. The sale process itself was made significantly smoother by their involvement... I'm not even convinced we would have completed at all without the considerable efforts of Charters... They ended up doing the work of at least three links in the chain!
Thank you AA for that incredible synopsis of your experience with Charters. Naturally it is hard when transactions are turbulent or involve others outside our circle of control, but that is when our Charters team spirit truly becomes really effective. Not all estate agents are the same... Thank you so much for this review.
