After having my work moved to Hursley I was interested in looking for a property to rent. Within less than 1 hour of myself submitting a viewing request to a Charters property I received a call from Adel who not only quickly arranged my viewing for a time that suited me, but was also very knowledgeable on other properties in the local areas that could interest me. Upon meeting, it was immediately obvious that Adel was as excited as myself, keen to discuss details about the property and open to any queries or concerns I had. Quick to followup on communications between ourselves, I had no issues with the process and never felt unsure. All in all, Adel was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to our future contact.

A new home for the Rogers girls!

Adel was lovely from the word go. Our first telephone calll we got on like a house on fire! She was consistently cheerful and upbeat and listened well whilst I explained our situation and she came up with the perfect home for us. She was even prepared to go the extra mile for us in arranging for my daughters to view the house again the same day on her way home from work. An asset to the Charters Winchester team, Adel is hardworking and helpful. We felt we were in good hands and that she had our best interests at heart throughout., making the whole experience positive and stress free .

Two rentals so far

In early 2016 I needed my first ever rental property, and Lily was first on the scene. The first property she showed me is the one I ended up in. Eight months later I needed my next one, and Lily remembered me from before and managed to help me secure my next rental. Lily's always very friendly and efficient, responding to emails and calls quickly, (and often outside of what I would call "normal working hours", showing a dedication above and beyond the norm). Next time I come to rent, Lily will likely be the one I turn to for assistance.

After signing up with all the estate agents in Winchester Jas from Charters was the only one that kept in touch trying to find me and my partner a place to live. I actually said to one of my work colleagues when talking about the moving process - "Charters just ooze professionalism". Extremely personabable, friendly and helpful

Efficient, friendly, helpful Lily

Dealing with Lily is always a pleasure. She is always friendly and polite, always on time and professional. I prefer to deal with her with home visits as she remembers to be careful to not let our indoor cats out, and is always willing to remove shoes without reminders. She is efficient, and always quick to get back to emails. She is great at keeping in touch regarding appointments, and lets us know as soon as possible of any changes. She is always mindful of the fact that this is our home.
