GoogleOur main point of contact has been Sarah Bainbridge who has been very responsive and helpful with all our questions. On the whole the staff have all been very helpful when Sarah is not around. It seems they have a good system in finding who we are quickly and that helps with an accurate response.

The Trusted AgentNony and Charters have worked hard for us in acquiring 2 flats as BTL. Nony in particular has been warm and friendly, keeping in contact and chasing (us and vendors!) to do the deal. She is (as are Charters) business like, tough but fair as well as being nice to do business with. We rent the flats out through them too and that part of the service is professional and on top of everything.

Charters staff have been very supportive and professional at all times. Providing frequent updates even if no further updates have happened. Having a personal contact Daniel Newman and support from his team has been fantastic. Daniel has always been informative supportive friendly and a positive attitude even when things have been really stressful. We could not have got this far in the end without his support. Please praise and reward him for all his hard professional work. I would recommend charters to anyone looking to buy or sell 100%

Purchased our first house using Charters Park gate. Everything went well and they where very professional and responsive but what stood out was the lady in the sales progression department called Jo. She was so relaxed, pleasant and informative that she made the process so much more stress free.

We are still at the early stages of our search but Nony has been a breath of fresh air with her constantly cheery and knowledgeable input. Alongside the Charters team she offers excellent expert advice on the Winchester property market and keeps in touch constantly with any suitable properties as soon as they come on the market. Tom set up my requested viewings but at the end he suggested a couple of other properties that I had not considered. As he happened to have the keys with him (!) we viewed two additional properties and one of the locations proved to be perfect for my needs and that is where I completed the purchase. Tom knew what I needed more than I did - his service and enthusiasm were excellent.

We had previously purchased through Paul Stephens (then at another agency) and found him to be knowledgeable, helpful and effective at managing the transaction from start to close. So when it came time to sell we went back to Paul (who had by then moved to Charters) and asked for his advice and help with the transaction. Paul’s market knowledge and pool of contacts saw us get a good offer swiftly and the transaction was smoothly and professionally managed to completion. I have no hesitation recommending Paul if you are buying or selling property in Winchester

Nony was very helpful when I was buying a house. She understood from my feedback on viewings what would and wouldn't work for me and kept me informed bait what was coming onto the market early, As it turn out, the house I was brought was one I had rejected online but she persuaded me to view it as she thought that it would be good fit for me. And she was right!

What made my experience great was the fact that Nikola, the lettings negotiator was there throughout the whole process. From the first day we made that call to Charters, she was always in touch, giving us all the assistance and information we needed to get through the whole process.
