Given a complicated brief Simon has delivered brilliantly. Moving back from France after 12 years, with no UK credit history and with one of us self-employed Simon got us a great mortgage deal plus house, contents and life insurance. What's really worthy of note, however, is the way it's all been done - always without fuss, always calmly and professionally. We've had absolute confidence in Simon pretty much from the first contact.

GoogleAvoid taking their recommended solicitors, Dutton Gregory, if you're using Charters for a property transaction. Currently progressing a complaint with these cowboy conveyancers after 4 defects have been reported on the leasehold of a property I'm currently selling, which Dutton Gregory handled the purchase of back in 2019 and completely missed the issues or gave me wrong advice. The icing on the cake is their complaints procedure is just as poor as their conveyancing service.

Early days but …A very professional local team. Punctual when attending meetings, quick email communications and call backs. They have considered all of our difficult buying and selling issues and kept in touch on an almost daily basis. The team at Charters have already successfully sourced potential financing for our move. They have attended a meeting to discuss an alternative to selling our property and homed in on potential purchases too. All this in just a few working days. The Charters service seems to work seamlessly to deliver an end to end solution. I cannot believe they have provided this without our having yet signed any form of contractual agreement. A very promising start to a working relationship ….
