My husband and I have just completed our second house sale in less than five years through Charters and Nony has been closely involved in both transactions. Nony is exceptionally committed to providing a first class service and we had utmost confidence in her loyalty and capability to help us secure a desirable outcome on both occasions. Sarah showed me a property which I was unfortunately unable to take, but she kept in touch and a few weeks later, after I’d arranged a viewing, added a second property in the same area which she thought might suit my needs. It did, and the whole process was seamless from there on, with me moving in within a week of viewing. Very impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the team at Charters

I've been looking for a property in the Winchester area for months. Nony has been outstandingly helpful. She devotes a lot of her spare time sending happy, helpful emails about properties coming onto the market. We've never met but she'll often engage in an exchange of emails - not necessarily about anything in particular. It's nice to deal with someone who sees you as a person rather than just a client. A very professional, helpful, proactive and knowledgeable agency. They helped me from start to finish. Advising on what tenants needed in the current market improving rentability. Where to improve the property for maximum return. They helped me with quotes for various jobs, including all safety certificates, photos and marketing. I received instant viewings from these products and a tenant was agreed very quickly. A great guiding hand in a difficult market. Since letting has started, they have been the vital conduit between me and the tenant, especially as I know work abroad. Reacting quickly to any issues the tenant may have, providing great advice and solutions. To note Jacqui in sales, Marie-Claire (Maz) in property management and maintenance, and Kirstie in tenant relationship management have been first-rate and been a joy to work with. A strong team that I’m happy are looking after my property for me. Highly recommended. Thank you.

After going through a really stressful time, I contacted charters estate agents in park gate and made communications with Lily Mott who has been a massive help in the process of finding me and my son the right home. I can’t thank her enough, any problem I’ve had has never been too much, she is always quick to reply and efficient and most importantly so friendly. Harrison has also been a great help in the process. Charters have been great in assisting with barriers that come with renting in todays market, thank you!

Nony was assigned to our somewhat special case and was instrumental in ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible the fourth time round.
