Friendly, Encouraging

Friendly, encouraging, realistic. This is the second time we have used Charters. They got us a fantastic price for my Dad's house in 2022, so we wanted to use them again. The market was quite different this time, however, we felt they gave us wise advice, based on their years of experience, and encouraged us through the ups and downs. They were always on the end of the phone when we needed them.

Efficient, Professional Service, Highly Recommend!

Highly recommend! My property was previously listed with another local agent without success, but when I instructed Charters, they proved to be highly efficient and professional. They organised numerous viewings, and the property was under offer in a short time. Although the sale took over six months due to circumstances beyond their control, Stephen Henry from the sales progression team worked tirelessly to keep things on track. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Recently we've had to find our next home and we've came across Charters Estate Agency. We've had two viewings with the lovely Lily who couldn't be more helpful. She answered all of our questions and concerns and with her help now we've been accepted for a lovely home in which hopefully we'll be able to move in shortly.
