Having not sold a property for over twenty-four years, we were very apprehensive when we decided to finally place our much-loved family home on the market and trust Charters Estate Agents with its sale. The service we have received has been exemplary! From ensuring that only the very best photography is used, the house particulars are carefully written and that no marketing has taken place until we have been 100% entirely delighted with all of the material. Danielle and Amy have been on hand throughout the process and we cannot recommend them enough.

My new Lettings agreement was dealt with by Sophie Pickering at the Charters Southampton Office Team. From start to finish she has been nothing but helpful and after speaking with around five different estate agents before making contact, I knew straight away after my call was answered that this would be dealt with the best and most efficiently. On the 9th Charters were instructed to place our property on ‘Rightmove’ we had other agents but we considered Charters was a realistic ‘For Sale Price’ and their commission was fair. We were frequently contacted by Charters to confirm the details.The photographs were taken, EPC., floor plans and description, by the 17th following our acceptance of the particulars the property was listed.‘For Sale’ road sign installed.Our first viewing is the 26th, fingers crossed for a quick sale.

This is way overdue - I had my flat rented through Charters, and not only was it a really difficult time for me but finding the right tenant was challenging. Gary (who I met a couple of times at first who leads the tennency team - Who I have nicknamed The Lettings Legends) was a complete star. NOT ONLY was he helpful, patient and compassionate but he was so much fun to talk to, he made a difficult time so much more enjoyable and many laughs were had. Ashley, a complete hero - he worked tirelessly to find me someone. He never pushed, and he had my best interests at heart the whole time and was communicative throughout. Sarah as well was brilliant popping out late despite being stood up a few times. They all worked actively and diligently to find me someone. Did it take longer than we all would have liked? Yes. Was it a painful one with dropouts and dissapointments? Yes. Did they work tirelessly throughout? Yes. Did I eventually find a wonderful tenant well worth the wait? YES! I am so grateful to the team. It was a pleasure even when it got difficult and it was a perfect result. Thank you guys - you are the best!💖

If you are looking for an exceptional and first class estate agent that works with you every step of the way, then look no further than Charters. They went out of their way to make our house sale as stress-free as possible and because this was a probate sale, they would even visit the property and pick up post when we weren't able to. The Trusted AgentGreat service: proactive and appropiately persistent in finding our pefect home
We worked with Connor to not only buy our new home but also to sell ours, He was always available to chat and responded to questions in the morning, after work, whilst on holiday, via the phone, text, whatsaspp etc etc. Couldnt fault him in anyway and helped us navigate what was a tricky situation for our children (did not want to move!). Highly recommend Connor and Charters and made the process as pain free as possible.

We have been renting the same property for over a decade and as I am sure you can imagine we were a bit sceptical when we found out that the letting agency we were with had been purchased by Charters But all we can say is what an improvment in service. Everyone is friendly and helpful.Most recently, a minor repair was needed which we reported via the web site and that same day Emily Cuell (Property Manager) phoned to get more information and keep us updated regarding the repair. It was all sorted out in just a few days.We are more than happy with the service provided

We approached Charters earlier this year to help us find a property in Hampshire. As we were new to the area, Nony was always on the phone inviting us to view various properties and I found her local knowledge incredibly helpful as we also needed to find schools, figure out the best commute and find a family-friendly community.. From start to finish, Charters have been incredible. We were not expecting to move but the perfect house came up and we just had to go for it. They took on not only the purchase of the house of our dreams but the sale of our own house.Everyone we had contact with went above and beyond to support viewings of both properties.
