Highly recommended

We have purchased two houses and sold one with Nony now and if I had to choose one word to describe her it would have to be tenacious. She is utterly committed to getting the job done, it is very refreshing to find someone so enthusiastic about their work. She works incredibly hard and has an amazing handle on the Winchester property market. I would choose Charters hands-down over any of the agents in town (and we have experienced a few with failed purchases etc). They are organised, personable and very accessible. Nony is a wonderfully positive character and really stepped into the brink when things were looking difficult at stages of the process with us. She made what could have been an extremely stressful process bearable. Now we've finally bought, I'll almost be sad not to receive Nony's weekly update! Thank you Nony and to all the Charters team.

First Class service

Nony and the team have given me first class service during my property search. They listened to Mendez and offered me viewings of propertieswhocb net my needs or came reasonably close. They were able to offer suggestions of minor alterations in order for a property to be completely suitable. Regular updates, regular contact to ensure that my position remained the same; all aspects of their service was carried out with efficiency, professionalism and the often forgotten personal touch. A natural and helpful agent

My husband and I thought we might like to buy in Winchester and I briefly met Nony when I 'popped' into the Winchester agency to collect a set of details for a property that tempted us in the window.. Nony took our details and requirements and true to her word, she kept us in touch with what was on the market, new to the market, etc., BUT more than that, she added what is very rare- 'the personal touch'( if you can remember what that is these days!) Her emails and information were 'real', honest, helpful. and although we decided not to buy in Winchester, it was no reflection on Nony. She is a joy.

Always going the extra mile

Nony has worked incredibly hard as part of the Charters team to sell our house. She was always very attentive and kept us informed with what was has been happening in the selling process which helped alleviate some of the stress. We were particularly impressed with her role in trying to help us find a property to buy. We were always made to feel important to her and she would often go the extra mile in allowing us to view properties at all sorts of times in the evening, often at short notice! We really appreciated the time and attention she gave us and was always very jolly and enthusiastic.

Nony and her team are fantastic. We have never met Estate Agents of such high calibre in our entire moving career and we have moved a lot! Imagine an authentic energetic Estate Agent who treats your sale or purchase as it if were their own! Such care and attention, passion and professionalism. We have bought and sold with Nony and each time she has been an absolute star, Our most recent sale was probably the most challenging. Sell our property for the best price and complete within a month as we are leaving the country to go to Australia. Nony likes a challenge and you guessed it she delivered! We wish we could take her Down Under to help us!

Very helpful in a very unhelpful chain!

Leanne was brilliant the whole way my first house purchase. We had a very difficult and slow chain that she continuously pestered on mine and the seller's request. I was kept updated all the time and felt that she really had my best interests at heart the entire time. I am a conveyancer so know the process well but Leanne chased not only my seller's solicitors but also the top of the chain's solicitors who were not helpful in the slightest and made the process up to exchange very difficult.. In my job I deal with estate agents a lot and do not always have the highest opinion of them but Leanne and Charters as a whole really impressed me and I would happily recommend and work with them in the future!

Efficient, friendly, helpful Lily

Dealing with Lily is always a pleasure. She is always friendly and polite, always on time and professional. I prefer to deal with her with home visits as she remembers to be careful to not let our indoor cats out, and is always willing to remove shoes without reminders. She is efficient, and always quick to get back to emails. She is great at keeping in touch regarding appointments, and lets us know as soon as possible of any changes. She is always mindful of the fact that this is our home.

Professional and Patient!

I sold and bought through Charters and have to say that they dealt with us in both a professional and extremely patient manner. Not only did it take us a LONG time to find the place that was perfect for our requirements, but the completion of the transaction was also beset by delays, Nony dealt with it all very calmly when many others would have given up on us! I would thoroughly recommend Charters as an Agent - and Nony personally for both buying and selling a property!

First Class Chapess

I have known Nony for far too long. She knows her stuff, her houses and her clients. She works harder than a pit pony in a Welsh coal mine and does not smell like one! She is keen as mustard, efficient, enthusiastic, and jolly and returns calls. Imagine if we had council staff, particularly in the planning department, like that! I have had many property related matters involving Nony and it really is a pleasure. No one is perfect but she gets very close :-) I suggest you put her to the test. I have tried the other motley crew in town and they are...motley.

Great service, a joy to do business with.

Over the last year I have both bought and sold through Charters. They handled the sale of my property very professionally, giving me great advice and keeping me informed at all times. The Sale was agreed within a few days of the property going to market achieving a great price. Later on this year I purchased a new property which was found by Charters. They found me numerous properties that met my requirements and provided excellent service through to completion. I have and would continue to recommend most strongly their services.
