Just agreed a rental with Charters and the process was smooth from start to finish. Other agents have been tardy and clunky, but this was not our experience here. Thomas was fast, responsive and direct which is important with a tumultuous rental market. We are very much looking forward to our ongoing relationship with Charters.

Nony is a real pro. I've been in the property business for 20 years and I've yet to come across anyone that comes even close. She knows her clients and goes the extra mile for each and every one no matter what time of day - or night., What sets Nony apart from the rest is that she tells you like it is - the good, the bad and the ugly, a straight talking style more agents should copy.

The service which we have received since listing our property with Charters has been 1st class, the support, communication etc we have received has been excellent.... The fact that we have had a point of contact in Nony was great some one to talk to who is happy to answer any questions we may have had. Charters is without a doubt the best letting agency I ve used. Whether you're a landlord or a tenant, you can trust them to go above and beyond to support you. Staff are very professional and passionate. Sophie from the Southampton office especially is super nice and helpful. She always gets back to you very quickly and puts herself in your shoes to find the best solution for you. I will definitely choose Charters again if I am renting or buying in the future.

I have recently purchased a house in Winchester. Nony actually listened to what my requirements were and suggested houses that fitted the bill rather than any house that was on the market.. Charters were in constant communication, returned phoned calls and were very professional. Leanne ensured that we reached the exchange date agreed and worked well with all parties. When I sell it will be through Charters as I have seen how hard they work to secure a sale!

I'm not sure I even met Kevin throughout my dealings with him, but I nevertheless found him to be exceptionally reliable, friendly and - most importantly - trustworthy, Having already offered one mortgage and done the leg work on it, he followed it up a few weeks later with a newer and better offer that is likely to save us money. That shows a genuine interest in doing the best by the client, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.
