Highly Professional service

Sarah Harman from charters showed me around several properties all over Southampton including ocean village. She was punctual, well presented and friendly, pointing out all the important aspects in great detail, explaining about ground rent, parking spaces and other matters. Being a first time buyer I felt comfortable and confident in her presence. Although I didn’t find my ideal home this time, I’m very happy to charters again, they are an excellent estate agent.

Charters have been fantastic to work with. They know the market inside out and are second to none for their local knowledge. They are thoroughly professional, exceptionally hard working and great at communicating re valuation, viewings, feedbacks and into Sales Progression. You are never left wondering what’s going on. Charters found us a buyer within a couple of weeks and Phil- Valuation Manager, was instrumental in this. Our Sales Progressor, Katie, was very proactive, checked in weekly, even when there were no specific hold ups and the sale progressed very smoothly. I had to report a water leak in my rental property. It was the first time I had to report any, i called Peter Nobbs to report this and i couldn’t asked for better help, he jumped straight onto the issue and had a plumber round to fix the fault. Matt the plumber stayed until gone 10 o’clock at night to get us back up and running. I can’t thank the staff and tradesman enough for all their hard work.
