Tremendous patience and empathy during a very difficult and drawn out transaction

When Leanne told me that she was handing over to Jo, I was concerned that I would not get the same level of service. I need not have worried! Jo took over seemlessly and tolerated my occasional rants about the situation, whilst remaining calm and polite. She always had the answers to my questions immediately and responded well. She has worked tirelessly in chasing solicitors etc and always keeping me informed. I am so grateful to her for all her efforts

Good morning. My Wife and I are in the process of selling our current home. Recently our home was viewed on a Sunday morning. In the afternoon of the same day my Wife and I were in Winchester hoping Charters would be open. Thankfully they were. We were greeted by a lovely smiling young lady who introduced herself as Ellie. Ellie was very smart and couldn't have been more helpful with our enquiries. Ellie answered our questions in a professional and friendly manner. There was one question Ellie stated she would get back to us on. We left Charters extremely pleased that Ellie was able to answer our questions. After leaving the agent and a few moments later Ellie rushed out of the premises catching up with my Wife and I to provide us with outstanding enquiry. We have had contact with various agents during our property search but Connor has been the best by a mile. He understands the business so well, he adapts no matter the criteria, situation or time frame and boy does he work hard for his clients. He will go to any length measurable to ensure he gets the result you’re hoping for. From a buyers perspective I would be overjoyed if I was ever to sell my home and had Connor representing for us - if you’re lucky enough to land him at Charters as your agent you should be overjoyed! Simon has been totally professional in our search for a mortgage. Our bank was being next to useless so we approach Simon at very short notice who immediately set to work in finding us a lender which suited us. I have been looking for a property for the past 2+ years. Chartes have sent through a lot of properties that were not relevant and only a very few that were. Admittedly, I had very specific search criteria which were extremely hard to match. Once I built up a relationship with Nony Kerr-Smiley who eventually understood my requirements and style, more specific offers were sent through and offered by phone when new to the market.
