Award wining ?? have a day off!! Was enquiring about a property on Rightmove. got through on the 13th attempt and then got spoken to by a very rude person who didn't want to answer any questions about when it would be available for. I guess because the demand is so high for what little properties that are available. These letting agents are milking the system. Letting agents don't get a bad name without good cause. AVOID !!!

I have recently been a client of Morginie James, Roath branch. I would highly recommend these guys, they are definitely at the top of the game in the Cardiff area. I received a 5 star service from start to finish. Nothing was a problem and they made the entire experience of buying and selling a breeze. Breath of fresh air!

My partner and I have had some memorable experiences with previous estate agents, not all of them positive. However, Charlotte made our letting process easy! She is very easy to talk to, professional, and aims to make the whole experience memorable. We had 4 viewings with her on one day, but she made this run so smooth, she gave us all the relavent information about the properties and showed us where everything was, for example the meters. She gave us her professional opinion on the properties on what best suited us on the conversation we'd been having with her to and from properties. The whole experience with Moginie James was great from booking viewings to the paperwork that everyone dreads! The other members of staff at the premises are equally as great, they offer help best they can when we were unable to speak to Charlotte and helped us with any worries or concerns we were having with our secured property. I would highly recommend Moginie James. Best, and easiest experience yet.

I was a tenant in one of their properties, my flatmates and I left the property in June and still have not received our deposit. We found the house of our dreams, and Cat was inside waiting to show it to us.
