Breath of fresh air!

My partner and I have had some memorable experiences with previous estate agents, not all of them positive. However, Charlotte made our letting process easy! She is very easy to talk to, professional, and aims to make the whole experience memorable. We had 4 viewings with her on one day, but she made this run so smooth, she gave us all the relavent information about the properties and showed us where everything was, for example the meters. She gave us her professional opinion on the properties on what best suited us on the conversation we'd been having with her to and from properties. The whole experience with Moginie James was great from booking viewings to the paperwork that everyone dreads! The other members of staff at the premises are equally as great, they offer help best they can when we were unable to speak to Charlotte and helped us with any worries or concerns we were having with our secured property. I would highly recommend Moginie James. Best, and easiest experience yet.

Fast, efficient and very helpful!

This estate agent was very fast responding to my initial e-mail request for more information on the property and organized a viewing the following day. An easy and honest experience

It's the second home I have rented through Moginie James and Julie showed me round both times. She is a cheerful and direct person, and honest too, a quality which is most appreciated and less common in letting agents. Well researched and internalised knowledge of the property and seems invested in her relationships with the people she represents, with her colleagues, and with her potential clients. Great help-once again

Short notice viewing with successful result

Helpful, professional, friendly

Have viewed and signed for two tenancies through Charlotte and she's been great both times :). Although when going to pick up keys for our most recent property the other agent wasnt very well prepared and had taken the wrong amount of money from my account meaning we had to travel back to the old property to get new card details. Slightly inconvenient on moving day.
