First Time Buyers Dream

A reassuring and involved service

Lisa was great at doing all the groundwork prior to my mortgage application. I had special circumstances with regards to my income and was also spending three weeks out of the country. Sarah has been a real help

Perfectly broken down into bite size chunks

Lisa, at this particular branch, handled my partner and I's mortgage. If, like me, you have a limited knowledge of mortgages and interest rates and all those documents and calculations only add to the confusion, Lisa is great! Lisa guided us through each step, bit by bit, thoroughly explaining each section and breaking it down so that it was easy to understand. We would like to comment on the excellent service that we have received recently when purchasing a property in Roath. From day one, Moginie James was the most helpful of all the Estate Agents that we visited in the area and we were always greeted with a smiling face. A number of agents helped us find the right property, and each one had rapid and accurate access to our details and file. Once a suitable property was identified, the team were helpful in the negotiations, and went out of their way to provide access to the property whenever needed. Their recommendations for surveyors and solicitors also proved reliable, which was especially useful as we are not local. We were particularly impressed with the availability of the Sales Progression Team, who were always on hand to answer questions and move the purchase along. We would like to make a special mention of Michelle, who helped through all of the stages from agreement to exchange and completion, and also for some very helpful advice thereafter - Thanks to all.at Moginie James for a great service and experience working together.
