Having made a very quick call on the property I wanted, she in turn got on to the Landlord within the hour and represented my hope to secure the venue - and we'll at that. This estate agent was very fast responding to my initial e-mail request for more information on the property and organized a viewing the following day. They were very helpful and answered all my questions. The property was exactly what I was looking for and the office sorted out all the necessary paperwork right away for me when I said yes. Everything went so smoothly and they were a delight to deal with. Highly recommended.

The entire process was a breeze, from the relaxed and informative viewing of the property right down to explaining the fine print and signing on the dotted line. The staff, especially Julie and Becky, were really helpful and more than willing to answer any questions we had along the way. This happens to be my second tenancy with this letting agent and I expect it to be every bit as smooth as the first.

Alyson and Anna Marie provided great support in what can often be a stressful time. The team always provided feedback on viewings and the sales progression team kept you up to date on how the subsequent sale was proceeding .I would highly recommend using their services.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Moginie James estate agents. I have used Moginie James a few times over the past years for the sale of properties and wouldn't use any other agent in this area. They have very friendly and professional staff. GoogleCondescending, unprofessional and simply useless. We have been waiting to receive our deposit back for months now, when there was absolutely no dispute whatsoever. Chantelle Bailey would not action anything unless chased and in the end purposely delayed the repayment of our deposit out of spite. We rented many properties in the past and this is the first time we're experiencing such a poor service.

GoogleWe've rented from Moginie James for 2.5yrs and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently, and they replied promptly to emails and queries. We are sad to be leaving Cardiff and to not be able to continue renting from MJ. If ever we return to Cardiff, they are without a doubt the first place we will look. Thanks again for making our home something we felt happy, homely, safe and secure in: a sentiment that sadly not all renters can utter!
