Our sale was not straightforward, and during the process we came into contact with the sales, sales progression and rental departments, and the high quality of customer service was consistent across the different business areas. We are very pleased with the service provided by Cat. We tend to believe that is because of Cat’s personality and character put her in such a shining position. Cat has demonstrated her patience, professional attitude and human touch through her service rendered. At one time, I was a bit unhappy with a potential seller and the deposit asked, that’s when Cat had successfully persuaded me and shown her grace in dealing with customers. Lisa, at this particular branch, handled my partner and I's mortgage. If, like me, you have a limited knowledge of mortgages and interest rates and all those documents and calculations only add to the confusion, Lisa is great! Lisa guided us through each step, bit by bit, thoroughly explaining each section and breaking it down so that it was easy to understand. As our first buy this has not only furthered our understanding but built our confidence that it can be a lot more manageable than we first predicted. We are now, even more, excited and looking forward to moving into our first home together.

FacebookI called the cyncoed office about viewing some property and spoke to Ceri Jardine, whom after I spoke just hung up on me. I called again and she did not answer me. It went straight to answer phone. I do not think this is appropriate behaviour for an interested customer/client. I do think Ceri Jardine should be reminded that it is clients like me that pay her wage. Her behaviour is disgraceful.

Lisa has dealt with my mortgage and related insurance applications extremely well. I asked a lot of questions during the process and Lisa was very fast and clear with her responses. I knew exactly what stage the process was at at all times. I was confident that the service provided was meeting my needs. He made recommendations and offered advice when he thought something may not have been suitable for what I was after. We have enjoyed an excellent service from Moginie James. During the sales negotiation process the staff were very proactive and helpful in securing an agreement and following acceptance the sales progression team (and in particular Michelle) were in constant touch the ensure the transaction went through. In my professional capacity I deal with a lot of agents and I found Moginie James to be a cut above a lot of their competitors in terms of professionalism.

GoogleExtremely disappointed with the service that I am currently receiving from Moginie James Roath. I moved out of my flat on the 24th of October, and still have not received my deposit back. The issue is that I am calling numerous times throughout the week with no answer, and no one responding to the voicemails that I am leaving. This is becoming ridiculous at this time and is causing undue stress and inconvenience. I have been left with no other option than having to leave a review with the hopes that a member of your team reads this and starts to take my complaint seriously.
