The Trusted AgentI found Moginie James to be very professional and helpful at all times. I received regular updates on the progress of the purchase and they were quick to answer any questions I had. Special thanks to Jo in Sales and Michelle in Sales Progression. I viewed properties with a number of estate agents and Moginie James were by far the most personable and friendly.

The Trusted AgentBest agent in Cardiff
All of the staff at Moginie James have been helpful, professional and knowledgable. They've explained the rental process to us really clearly, and been very honest about properties and timescales. A totally different experience to other agencies we've interacted with since arriving in Cardiff. I would not hesitate to go through them for future rentals or when we're looking to buy. Highly recommended!

The Trusted AgentProfessional service
I was in contact with Michelle and Gill, both were very good at keeping in touch with updates and correspondence. They are also very patient when put under undue stress, leaving you feel reassured that any problems will be dealt with..... Buying and selling is a very lengthy process and having a qualified team of professionals as support is faultless. Good work!

GoogleMoginie James were exceptional estate agents from start to finish when we sold our house through them last year. They were so professional, and nothing was too much trouble for them. We'd previously had a bad experience with another agent and they put our minds at rest. If I could.give ten stars I would .

The Trusted AgentHelpful and pleasant
We're soon to rent a property with this agency we've found them to be very pleasant and efficient, always happy to answer our questions. They went out of their way to help us secure the house we loved - swiftly passing on messages between ourselves and the landlord - and were genuinely pleased for us when we did.
