GoogleWasted near two weeks of our time "waiting for confirmation from landlord" that repairs would be carried out before we moved into the property ( after showing us a property that in no way matched the pictures they had put up) before telling us the landlord had found tenants while they were waiting for a response. Translation, couldn't be bothered to get the repairs done. Go with the other office, far more professional

We were supported through the whole process from beginning, during and after completion. Our requirements were listened to and we were only sent notifications of properties that fitted our requirements. Although when going to pick up keys for our most recent property the other agent wasnt very well prepared and had taken the wrong amount of money from my account meaning we had to travel back to the old property to get new card details. Slightly inconvenient on moving day.
