I would certainly recommend using Moginie James, Rhys and Sarah in the Pontcanna office were a great help, I saw a few properties with them and wth others, but Rhys was always friendly and not pushy which I respected so when i found the right flat i was happy to sign with them.
They've ben really efficient and quick with paperwork, and plenty of follow ups to make sure everything is ok which is good.

A year later we wanted to sell and went back to them.
