GoogleI Instructed Northwoods Denton burn branch for my sale recently, and the team were fantastic - Sam who valued our house made sure we looked the best for the photos, Olivia, Leanne and Sadie were fantastic in securing us a sale and managing all of the stress involved with that. Couldn't recommend them enough.

GoogleI’m very impressed by the calm professionalism and efficiency we found in Leanne and her team. Having by this stage been on many, many viewings, this was a relief - she knew all about the building and it’s position in the market, and most importantly she had all the information that we wanted, on the spot. From then on she kept a firm hand on the process, and was great at chivvying people when necessary! We are delighted with the house and I would totally recommend Leanne and the team at Northwood.

GoogleI have recently sold and purchased a property. Northwood wasn’t my estate agent but they were the estate agent for the property I have purchased. The service I received was impeccable, a member of staff in particular, Leanne, went above and beyond in all aspects and I don’t think I’d be sitting in my new house now if it wasn’t for her alone. Any queries I had Leanne was always on hand to answer, extremely promptly! at times I forgot I wasn’t her only client. Leanne kept me informed at every stage of the sale and purchase, provided regular updates ensuring I always new what was happening. Moving house is very stressful and she made things a whole load easier with her exceptional communication and sales negotiating skills. As I said, northwood wasn’t my estate agent which makes me want to express even further how exceptional at her job Leanne is because she went above and beyond for myself which technically she did not need to. I highly recommend northwood and in particular Leanne, if I ever move again there’s no doubt I will be using northwood and Leanne.

GoogleAll of the staff at Northwood were great. Within a few days of my first telephone call, my property was on the market and had a list of people ready to view. When the first buyer pulled out of the sale at the last minute, Northwood had a number of people lined up ready to replace them. They kept a level head throughout what was a very frustrating situation for both us and them and were professional at all times.

GoogleSelling my house turned out to be one of the most stressful experiences I’ve had, not because of Northwood, but in spite of everything else. Buyers dropped out, solicitors caused endless delays, and at times it felt like the sale would never happen. The one constant source of support, professionalism, and reassurance throughout the entire ordeal was Northwood. From the very beginning, the team at Northwood were proactive, communicative, and incredibly professional. Every setback I faced, they were there, fighting my corner, keeping me informed, and offering steady, honest advice when I needed it most. What stood out most was how genuinely they cared. It never felt like I was just another client, they truly understood how difficult the process was for me and made it their mission to see it through. I honestly don’t know how I would have managed without Leanne and Olivia. If you're looking for estate agents who will have your back every step of the way, I cannot recommend Northwood enough.

GoogleI was very impressed with Leanne, ( West road branch) she was the ultimate professional from start to finish, I had a great experience in selling my property. She also assisted with my purchase of the bungalow I wanted, liaising on my behalf with a much more difficult estate agent and sellers solicitors. My house was under offer within 3 days of going on the market, I was very happy with the whole service from Leanne and Olivia. Recommend fully, friendly, professional, fair priced estate agents. Could not have had better .

GoogleNightmare of a company that shows no respect, empathy and has rude staff, please also watch out for the hidden fees. I've had the worst 4 years of my life dealing with this company. Better to stay away and use a trusted estates agent

GoogleBrilliant! Leanne was great throughout the full time. Always on the ball and always happy to help with any uncertainty and gives you updates immediately. When taking the viewing are our property she was full of knowledge on our property aswell. And carried out viewing perfectly. Couldn’t recommend anymore.

Communication especially with Leanne throughout the process was excellent, all went through smoothly and within the auction timescales, big shout out to Leanne, Sadie and Sam. I have already recommended Northwood to two colleagues.
