When I started looking for my first home I was told it would be one of the most enjoyable experience I would have which led me to believe it would be fairly straight forward... This turned out to not be the case for me and quite possibly may have been one of the most long and stressful processes I have ever been through, However I cannot fault Wendy throughout the process, for reasons way beyond her control the purchase of my first home took ALOT longer than expected but true to her word Wendy was constantly keeping me 'in the loop' with what was happening with my purchase. Excellence customer service from both Wendy and Victoria throughout what was a 'tricky' purchase. They were super helpful whenever I had queries for the vendor and were persistence in looking for solutions. Having met Wendy when viewing the house for the first time, I quickly learned that she was really approachable and her genuinely friendly personality shone through which helped make the long process more bearable. I would happily recommend Wendy as a agent when looking to buy a house!!

Best in Newcastle

After searching for a long time in Newcastle I think I have viewed houses with every estate agent . Hands down Northwood are the best I have used . The people who work there have excelllent local knowledge and really listened to my needs and not only showed me matching propteries but gave me ideas on what was achievable and what others has done to develop similar homes. They were flexible and able to arrange viewings to fit in with my busy timetable. The two agents I directly met were Victoria and Wendy. Both were fantastic at thier job. If I was selling a house I would want these two on the job! Many thanks for your help.

Wendy and the team could not have done more to help us throughout our buying process. They always kept us up to date as soon as they heard anything and they were really quick to find out any questions and queries we had for the seller. Our buying process took around 10 weeks to complete and we were provided with weekly updates and the team always made every effort for us to attend the proper for extra viewings to measure up for planned works. Patient and helpful handling of flat with Lease issues

I've felt with a few agents over the years and Northwood have definitely been the best experience I've had. I brought a flat with an issue within the lease that needed changing legally. Wendy (Northwood agent) was very positive and encouraging at all times which was crucial in keeping the sale going. High level of service with successful purchase

Throughout the process of buying my first home Northwood were very good at helping make things straightforward. Their friendly, service-with-a-smile attitude made them very approachable. The sale nearly fell through as it did drag on, however this was more the fault of the seller than the estate agents, who worked hard to contact him as best they could. My contact there was Victoria Skoyles, who was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to queries, with a very personal and understanding attitude. She did a great job of keeping my informed of what the next step of the process was, understanding that I was a first time buyer and unsure of how it all worked. Many thanks.

A Great Viewing Experience

Wendy was on time and gave us such a friendly greeting. She knew lots about the house and showed us round to begin with before letting us wander about and ask questions. No question went unanswered and nothing seemed like too much trouble or like we were taking too much time like I have felt with some other estate agent firms. Wendy just seemed so professional and like she really wanted to sell the house, without being too pushy. I'd definitely want her selling my house and I wish I had wanted to buy the house she showed us.

They go above and beyond

I have viewed a couple of houses with the girls from Northwood and never felt like I was under any pressure, they walked me round the properties and then allowed me to have a time to think about the houses on my own!
