Googlegenerally speaking they are very friendly and easy to work with but as i paid 3500 pounds in total in auction fees and estate agent fees I shouldnt have to be the one having to provide information about what my solicitor is doing- they should contact them themselves. Just my opinion, but like i said they are nice people.

The Trusted AgentFriendly, helpful and proactive serivce
It has been a pleasure dealing with Northwood (West Road). The ladies were so helpful and, more importantly, proactive during the purchase of our property - without their tenacity, pushing solicitors, I'm sure we'd still be waiting to move in! Thank you ladies, I can confirm that you truly provide an excellent service.
