FacebookExtremely professional, meticulous with all aspects of their work This office and its staff made me feel very safe and advised at each stage of home move from start to finish. To top it off they even told my 5 year old daughter they would notify the tooth fairy on our change of address. Very happy little girl = very happy mammy xx

GoogleEven I won’t give a single star, no proper response or update after paying holding deposit and deposit amount Raised a complaint about oven not working, haven’t solved the problem until our tenancy end date. Raised a complaint about curtains fallen down no response from them and we haven’t used the room for more than a month. At the end we have cleaned the house as good as we can, as they said if it’s need a professional cleaning it won’t be long more and one hours and they charged 305 pounds for that.

I’ve had great communication from day one with them, value for money and they have dealt with any queries and issues on my behalf promptly. Alex has recently organised some repairs in my property, he’s kept me up to date regularly with quotes, the progress of the repairs and photos on completion. Throughout he has been efficient and polite and made sure I was happy with everything. 1st class customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northwood’s Newcastle to rent out a property

GoogleGreat service over many years of meeting my flat. I live 300 miles from the flat I rented and the Northwood team dealt with all the process and hassle of renting. Friendly and helpful staff. Northwood are now handling the sale of the flat - here's hoping for another great result.

GoogleBig thank you to Northwood for all their support with my recent house purchase. Despite issues with the solicitor Leanne did absolutely everything she could to make sure things were progressing and always contactable for any queries. I’m now completed and ready to move into my first home and honestly believe we’d still be waiting for the solicitors without Leanne’s support :-D

GoogleFinding a property during lockdown is challenging, however, Northwood have adapted to the situation well and made every effort to make the process as smooth as possible. The team are quick to respond to emails or telephone calls, unlike other agencies. I was made to feel like a valued customer, not an irritation.

GoogleNorthwood sold a property fo rme via Auction recenty. The service was excellent, achieving a sale for me before the actual auction date at an acceptable sale price.
