I bought a new home via M Gerrard's new homes department in March 2021. My experience with the agency was amazing; in particular, David Raja helped a lot along the way ensuring that the whole process of exchange and completion was smooth. There were times that the process was slow and looked that there might be issues, however, David Raja helped us overcome all problems and finally complete. The best real estate agency experience I ve had.

We have rented our apartment through MG for almost 7 years. We have given them the responsibility to deal with both the management and letting and during this period we've had one change of tenant. Glenn Lewis at Martyn Gerrard has asked me to write a review for him. We chuckled because he didn’t think that I would. Glenn and I have been on one hell of a journey to complete the sale of our house. Many complications at the bottom of the chain have made this a long long ride. I have sworn at Glenn a lot and he has got frustrated with me in turn but we have also laughed a lot and the sale finally went through, which Glenn was always confident that it would. Glenn has been thoroughly professional and a jolly good bloke throughout. He had to work very hard for us!

GoogleRecently sold my house through Martyn Gerrard Muswell Hill and was so impressed with how the whole process was handled by Chris Antoniou. Every step was made clear to me, communication was very clear and professional. Chris was always available to handle any questions I had and as it was my first time selling a house I had quite a few! He was always easy to get hold of and extremely helpful. Chris was proactive the whole way through the process from arranging viewings all the way through to the day of completion, he helped keep things moving on both sides. Really impressed especially considering all the extra requirements with covid and being so busy with the stamp duty holiday. Thank you so much once again :)

My wife and I had a very smooth transition into moving into our first property together and was helped by Chris Lambrou. Chris was very helpful, efficient and respectful. He always kept us informed and in good time. There was a mix up with keys on the move in day, which was no fault of his own, but he managed to sort it for us very quickly. All in all we had a great experience with Martyn Gerrard.

GoogleIf I could give ten stars for the service I received I would gladly do so. From beginning to end the service was professional, polite, and efficient. Chris Antoniou is the absolute best. During the sale of my property he was always available to answer queries and ensure that I was well informed every step of the way . When things did not go to plan through no fault of the estate agent he was always working in the background to speed things up and solve any issues efficiently. On the odd occasion when Chris was unavailable there was always another member of staff willing to assist where possible. A massive thank you to Chris and the team for all your hard work to reach completion for the sale of my property. It certainly could of been more stressful.
