GoogleCompleted yesterday on a flat with Martyn Gerrard acting as agent and I can say I was extremely happy with the service I received.
Glenn Lewis was the agent assisting me through the process. He remained consistently approachable and professional from first viewing to receiving the keys. He mediated negotiations between the sellers and I bearing in mind our best interests and always returned my calls quickly.
Whilst the bank made me jump through several hoops for the loan, to the extent that at times it looked as is if wasn’t going to happen, Glenn liaised with the seller and I leaving us with a sense of confidence after every call.
