We were very lucky to have the charming Andy as our agent when looking for a rental. As we had been living abroad over the last 10 years we did not tick all the "perfect tenant" boxes. I found the initial viewing period with Martyn Gerrard very easy and professional, with dates and times confirmed promptly. My contact Heran Jethwa would provide a quick follow up on properties I viewed and followed up on questions with the vendors. I was also pleased that he would inform me of properties as they came up that met my requirements e.g certain roads and areas. Even when Heran was on annual leave, another contact at Martyn Gerrard was able to move things forward for me, such as organising access for the surveyor. I felt my experience from acceptance of the offer to completion was relatively quick and straight forward. There were a couple of small bumps along the way which was not surprising as we had a small chain, however Heran was excellent at keeping in touch letting me know what was happening and liaising between myself and the rest of the chain, and particularly moving things forward as we approached exchange, keeping me informed of any delays and the reasoning behind things, which was incredibly helpful!

After we had experienced issues with a previous agency, Heran was really helpful in taking over and helping us find a buyer (and then another buyer after the first one fell through due to reasons outside of our control). He was easy to deal with and was great at keeping us up to date with viewings, potential offers etc.
Since accepting the offer, Heran was able to manage the process with the buyer to ensure everything happened on time so that we could exchange.
Due to delays with our onward purchase we needed Heran to work hard to ensure we didn't lose our buyer as we waited for things to sort themselves out and he did just that.

I've had Andy help find my tenants and manage them along with the property for several years now and I can't see how it could have been done any better. Very quick to action and respond. Somehow finds me the best/cleansest and most considerate tennants within days. Very honest, even about things which most estate agents would hold back to close the sale and I feel he has always pushed to get me the best possible rates. His calm/friendly/considerate manner must help attract the right kind of tenants and draw them in for the sale and will always personnaly go the extra mile to make sure both sides are happy.

We are a family of three, looking to upsize from our two bedroom flat into a larger two bedroom with outside space and promised to rent our property (which we own) with the agent that helped us find our new home.
I contacted Andy and the team about a property I had seen online which unfortunately for us was already let out, however this did not stop the team from offering alternatives including properties that were not yet on the market.
Unfortunately we did find a property with another agent but Martyn Gerrard Muswell Hill team really left and impact and so we decided that we wanted no other agent other than MG dealing with the rental of our flat.
I must say, from start to finish the service was incredible and we even had an offer of the full asking price before the property was on the portals, followed by two more offers within days of instruction, which shows the teams commitment, professionalism and energy is simply impeccable and incomparable to other agents.
