Excellent tenant / property matchmaker

We were very lucky to have the charming Andy as our agent when looking for a rental. As we had been living abroad over the last 10 years we did not tick all the "perfect tenant" boxes. Andy managed to secure a wonderful find for us that had a lot of competition, as it was unusual for Muswell Hill - a modern, warm, cosy, quiet new build flat within minutes from the Broadway. Throughout the negotiations, Andy always kept us updated and pushed ahead until we finally got the keys.. Recommended!

Fairy godfather and keeper of my sanity!

Quite simply, without Chris, my boyfriend and I would actually be homeless. He went absolutely above and beyond in helping us secure our first home together. Stress free moving

Martina has been the most helpful agent I've come across. Having dealt with poor estate agents before I was dreading having to move again. After a problem with another agent I came across a house and Martina. Our agent was extremely warm, helpful and professional throughout the process of viewing, placing an offer and securing our rented house. Our viewing was relaxed and unhurried, and without any evasive answers to questions we had about the property. The agent seemed connected with the landlord's expectations of the rental as well as understanding of ours.
