Truly heard my list of requirements - not just vaguely listened!
Extremely knowledgeable about properties and replied ;promptly with answers to questions - if not already known - didn't give info unless sure!
Prompt response to all interactions once decided to progress - including accurately relaying specific requests to landlord.
Excellent customer service i.e. remembered facts, provided actual detail (not made up), positive communicator, on time for meetings etc.
Given my experience with other agents, it was a pleasure to be liaising with Martina during this process, which resulted in a satisfied tenant (and landlord!).
