Brilliant experience. I had been looking for a flat for some time in the Alexandra Palace area and was beginning to despair after 3 failed purchase attempts. A house came up which I originally dismissed but was contacted by Glenn at MG. who suggested a viewing. . He felt it would be a good fit for me and when I viewed it I was delighted. He really put my needs and the property together and came up with a perfect match. Without his intuition I would not be moving to my lovely new home - much more than I thought I could afford. Heran has a lovely disposition that's patient and accommodating, that continued from our first hand shake to our final signature. We had a great viewing with him and he helped us secure our first home, with his practical negotiation advice. The property came with a long chain with a deadline on it, which could have been a logistical nightmare but Heran handled it all very efficiently and patiently and kept us informed. Property Purchase

I found the initial viewing period with Martyn Gerrard very easy and professional, with dates and times confirmed promptly. My contact Heran Jethwa would provide a quick follow up on properties I viewed and followed up on questions with the vendors. I was also pleased that he would inform me of properties as they came up that met my requirements e.g certain roads and areas. Even when Heran was on annual leave, another contact at Martyn Gerrard was able to move things forward for me, such as organising access for the surveyor. I felt my experience from acceptance of the offer to completion was relatively quick and straight forward. There were a couple of small bumps along the way which was not surprising as we had a small chain, however Heran was excellent at keeping in touch letting me know what was happening and liaising between myself and the rest of the chain, and particularly moving things forward as we approached exchange, keeping me informed of any delays and the reasoning behind things, which was incredibly helpful!
