I had a great experience with Martyn Gerrard. Me and my partner were renting a flat for the first time together and it felt very easy. Our agent Anthony Whyte in the Muswell Hill Branch was excellent. The process took no time at all with Anthony, he was very personable and extremely reliable. He was on time to viewings, answered my calls and importantly always updated me if any information had changed and would let me and my partner know what he had told us individually so there were no crossed wires - it took the stress out of a big change for us. Overall a great experience so far.

Only good things to say about Martyn Gerrard! We had our property on the market with another agent for over 9 months and didn’t receive any offers, so towards the end of Winter we decided to remove it from the market and try again in the spring. We met with several different agents in Muswell Hill, some offering low selling fees, however we decided to go with Martin Gerrard as we felt they were the most informed on the area and were in agreement in valuing our property at a much higher price than other agents were proposing. I can now confirm we made the right choice. We received an extremely good offer within 5 weeks! If we’d have received full asking price offers from the other agents, we’d have made a lot less money after all debts and fees were paid. Our agent Glenn, is an absolute legend. From our initial introduction when we showed him around our home to arranging viewings, he was approachable, completely professional, friendly and so helpful with every step of the way. He worked above and beyond to make sure that our sale went through, even when there were mini dramas with solicitors and kinks in the chain. He brought it all together and made it happen effortlessly. I can see why they keep winning Gold awards for best estate agents for sale and lettings. If you’re going to sell your property, ask for Glenn at Martyn Gerrard - you won’t regret it. Thanks Glenn!

We just exchanged yesterday on a house in mMuswell Hill. We were sure it will not happen but Chris Antoniou from the Martyn Gerard Muswell hill was so helpful that we did manage to exchange the same day. All the way he was available on the phone, so very patient and kind. We wanted the house and he helped us that it should be ours. We worked with MG to both sell our existing property and find a new property. For the sale, we succesfully acquired an offer on our property, matching our hoped-for target price. For the purchase, we viewed several promising looking properties including one that we bid hard on, but ultimately lost out to another bidder. We ultimately found a property being sold by another estate agent, but MG were the most consistent agent we interacted with throughout our search and we'll thoroughly recommend them to anyone who asks. Throughout our search we were primarily helped by Glenn, with whom we had a great relationship. After the first 2 or 3 viewings during which he was getting a feel for what we were looking for, Glenn was pro-actively contacting us about properties that had come onto the market that he thought were a good fit, and he was consistently correct in those judgements. He also talked to us about properties, in neighbouring branches, so we got the benefit of a personal understanding whilst retaining the reach of a larger 'chain' of estate agents. Overall, we had a great time with Glenn and would personally recommend him to anyone looking for a new property.

I initially wanted to rent through CJ Delemere Estate agent as I have been dealing with them for a while. More or less I accidentalwill start this review by saying that it was not my intention to rent a house through Martyn Gerrard. I initially wantedly stumbled across Martyn Gerrard in Muswell Hill and I am GLAD I did. I am glad I met Anthony Whyte and his manager Andy from the Muswell Hill branch. It was their level of service and business acumen along an unparalleled level of understanding of customer needs that led me to place an offer within 2 minutes of viewing the first property. They kept me in the loop through out the whole process and I can only hope that martyn gerrard has a similar level of service across all their departments, but I will know more about that after I moved in. Anthony - from the bottom of my heart thank you for finding us, our dream home.

We met Anthony Whyte from Martyn Gerrard Office. Anthony is truly amazing. He is easy to talk to and has a very calming presence. I can ask him anything and he's always able to let me know what works and what doesn't. Truly, we were able to find our new home totally because of him. If you want an agent who is kind and knowledgeable, Anthony Whyte is your guy! Also he is very good with kids. We had our kids with us when we went to see our rental unit, and we saw our unit several times. And each time we went with our kids, he has always been very friendly and even helpful with them.
