Jay kept us informed throughout, was sympathetic and supportive when we needed to transition from sale via LPA to probate, and patiently took the time to answer all our questions which, having never sold a property before, was absolutely invaluable to us. GoogleIf I could give ten stars for the service I received I would gladly do so. From beginning to end the service was professional, polite, and efficient. Chris Antoniou is the absolute best. During the sale of my property he was always available to answer queries and ensure that I was well informed every step of the way . When things did not go to plan through no fault of the estate agent he was always working in the background to speed things up and solve any issues efficiently. On the odd occasion when Chris was unavailable there was always another member of staff willing to assist where possible. A massive thank you to Chris and the team for all your hard work to reach completion for the sale of my property. It certainly could of been more stressful. Chris Antoniou the Sales Manager was very helpful with all my requests, especially since I was doing this remotely from abroad due to the pandemic. He dealt with the handover from the previous tenants, checked in on the property when it was unoccupied, gave good advice, secured some good offers, chased all parties as needed, and communicated promptly and clearly throughout. We recently purchased a property, which was sold via Martyn Gerrard. Jay, the seller's agent, was fantastic - he was professional, helpful, very responsive and friendly. This made the purchase of the flat a positive experience and thanks to Jay's efforts, we managed to get over the line on time for the SDTL holiday in what was a very tight deadline. I have received regular updates, phone calls, and emails during my search for a home. As most of us know, moving can be a stressful life event - so having consistency in communications ( such as I have received ) has been empowering in the sense of helping me persevere in my search. I have often been asked what my specifications for a home are, and whether they have changed (e.g. location/price etc.) before matches are made - which I find reassuring since it shows I am being listened to, especially in an era that is post Brexit/Covid/interest rate rises, when personal experiences, more than usually, can be constantly changing. Overall, very pleased with the experience.

Introduced to Martyn Garrard by Glen and his direct and honest approach was so refreshing. No “salesy” talk you associate with estate agents, just wanting to understand our expectations and then managing them accordingly. MG act as a team and the feedback and transparency they provide is unlike other agents. Chris found us buyers for our property and whilst there were numerous questions that were posed, he ensured he collated them and presented info in a consolidated manner rather than piecemeal so that interactions were efficient and any potential issues were expedited at the earliest opportunity.I cannot recommend Martyn Gerrard (in particular the Muswell Hill branch) enough. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy or sell through them again. What can be a highly stressful process was made as seamless as it could possibly be thanks to these guys!

We had a bumpy start with another estate agent and were a bit wary when we signed up afresh with MG. Despite our initial caginess Arzu was professional, helpful and available throughout the process. We also purchased through another branch at which Raphael was equally responsive and professional. Moving house is horrendous, but these guys definitely didn't make it worse! Would recommend.

GoogleWe have just exchanged on a house sale/purchase and are very pleased and satisfied with the service provided by both Rowland and Chris of Martyn Gerrard, Muswell Hill. Throughout the process they were exceptionally considerate, helpful and pro-active and at no time did we feel pressurised to make decisions. In particular Rowland gently encouraged us to hold an early, informal viewing resulting in 5 offers from 7 viewings. Chris was very supportive throughout the whole process, in particular in suggesting an agreement which enabled our purchase and sale to go ahead. Thanks to both of them.
