By far the most professional and friendly letting agency I have come across. Right from the first house viewing, moving in and out. All the costs and expectations were laid out. Which I loved as quite a few agencies love to surprise people once they've locked you in. Pretty chilled out and friendly way of dealing with people I never felt like it was a business transaction but almost like I was dealing with a friend. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent customer service from the start to the very end of my purchase

A breath of fresh air and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. TM kept me up to date at all times throughout the process and i never needed to chase them to find out the status as they kept me informed sometimes up to a few times per week. They always went out their way to assist me if i wanted an additional viewing to measure up or just to take another look. Both Lauren Tait and Bailey Curran are a huge credit to the firm and I am very thankful for their assistance. Keep up the good work. If I would ever be in a position to buy / sell a property again, without doubt TM would be my number one choice estate agent. Highly recommended!!!!

The company managed to get us 4 offers in just 48 hours on the market, with many more viewings. Their advice to us was invaluable in choosing how to opt for the Buyers. Our Sales Coordinator, Lauren , was so helpful throughout our sale. It was a very complicated, long process and Lauren progressed with the buyers and solicitors several times a week and always reported back to us. Some weeks she reported to us several times a day. She kept records of all her discussions and always read back to us her notes. She was always polite, very sympathetic but always professional and did not reveal confidential information regarding her discussions with our buyers unless she thought it was necessary. Our final bill was a lot less than it would have been had we gone with another estate agent.

Excellent service from start to finish

Living out of area

Needed to sell asap as not to loose the chain were were in. Thomas Marsh responded very quickly to the stressed state we were in. Even though they were out of area they held an open day and sold in that one day with three offers of full asking price on the table. They were friendly and understanding giving time to listen to me. Once sold case went to their advisor who worked very hard to keep the chain of 5 all together and gave them reassurance this sale would go through as quickly as it can. Communication is a key factor along with honesty which they gave. I could not praise enough how Thomas Marsh work as a team treating you as individuals. There ethos as a company is so true.

Superb Agents

Thomas Marsh are a fantastic estate agents. I bought my first home from them and they dispelled any worries I harboured about the difficulty in the process of purchasing a house. They were highly proffesional and remembered small details about myself and quickly gained a good level of trust.
