GoogleI've booked viewings and the agency didn't even showed up. what is worse they didn't even bother to call that viewings were canceled. Not even apologie email. very disappointed.

They advised you the properties you were booked to view had all been rented and your viewings were being cancelled. We understand that it can be disheartening to lose out on an opportunity, in particular one that is a possible dream home. We were first time buyers and it's safe to say we were impatient as well as very new to conveyancing. I kept pestering Lauren with many questions, on numerous times during the week but she remained calm and was very helpful in explaining the process to me unlike solicitors. Very happy with the service and will hopefully be coming back soon to up size.

While there was not a tenant that was found as quick as I would have liked the commitment to marketing was impressive. I have been working with Thomas Marsh since 2011 and have found them to be trustworthy, reliable, and friendly. So much so, that now several members of my family are also their customers, from both a sales and lettings perspective. Don't waste time looking elsewhere for an agency to manage your property, I'd recommend this agency without reservation.
