Great all round service

Naz and his team provided a complete service taking care of everything for me. It is said moving home is one of the most stressful experiences in life so it is good to know you have a competent team on your side. Not everything went to plan and there were difficulties inflicted upon the process by naive and inexperienced players. I was ready to quit but Thomas Marsh managed to swing all players into action. They are prepared to take on the extra work needed to deliver a complicated process smoothly and to everyone's satisfaction. I could not describe them as an ordinary estate agent, they are extraordinary and I expect to see them develop into a nations favourite.

Selling of my home

I have been really impressed with the service I have received whilst selling my property. They have kept in touch, chased my enquiries and always got back to me on the same day even if it was just for a quick update which was something very important to me as you feel you are being kept up to date in the process. In addition, Daniel went the extra mile to obtain information and clarity on the sale's progress and I would recommend them as an Estate Agent to anyone thinking of selling their property.

The only sanity in our chaotic move

We were dealing with 3 estate agents in our recent move and Thomas Marsh were heads above the rest. Pat in the office needs a special mention. She is dedicated to moving the sale forward once an offer has been accepted and being the middle man. You would think this is what all estate agents do but surprisingly they do not. Pat was a breath of fresh air and without her the process would have been 10 times harder. I highly recommend their services!

Selling your property can be stressful. Therefore, making the right choice on the sales negotiator was critical for me. Bailee Curran won me from the first contact with his professional attitude and his friendly approach. His experience in the area, based on previous sales, was key to obtain the right valuation for my property. He took excellent photos of the property and prepared a winning online brochure to secure an offer close to the asking price within the first week. Bailee was available on the phone 24/7, following the sale through from day one until completion, contacting the buyer and the solicitors involved to close any open points in a timely manner. He exceeded my expectations, because when a minor repair was needed, and I was abroad, he linked me with one of his contractors, who completed the job straight away. From beginning to end Thomas Marsh have been fantastic dealing with my sale. When first meeting Naz, I found him to be knowledgeable, honest, transparent, realistic and genuine. After being with another agent previously for 6 months without one offer being made in that time, I was pretty jaded by the whole process., but Thomas Marsh got me an offer within the first day of it being on with them. Bailee has been fantastic these last couple of weeks going above and beyond to push my sale through to exchange. He has always been extremely professional and understanding, especially when dealing with my desperate pleas for help in trying to hurry solicitors along, and chase up other parties in the chain - I cannot praise his efforts enough! Having bought and sold numerous properties Thomas Marsh are without doubt the best agents I have dealt with. Excellent Fantastic Brilliant exceed the expectation from any angel.

Thomas Marsh is one of a kind team. From start to finish the service is excellent. I personally think that every time you talk to one of the team they always manage to make you feel that you are part of the family. I have bought and sold property a few times myself but never encounter an estate agency as brilliant and caring understanding to any situation arises. I must say if someone had told me that my property could get an offer of full asking price in less that 24hr on the market . I would have had a good laugh myself . A professional, friendly & efficient company

From the initial meeting and valuation by Naz, to the accompanied viewings carried out mainly by Dan & Bailee to the completion of the sales process carried out by Lauren, the whol;e process was done in a professional & efficient but friendly manner. A special mention must go to Lauren Tait who kept the sales process moving and dealt with any queries quickly and always with a smile. She kept me constantly informed with everything and went 'the extra mile' to make sure things progressed to the completion date with as minimal stress to me as possible :) The 24 client online portal is ideal to keep up to date on the 'footfall' online of enquiries, viiewings, offers etc after hours and at weekends. Everyone at Thomas marsh was so helpful and friendly

Thomas marsh helped us a lot when we was moving home even down to chasing up solicitors and giving helpful advise on any questions we had. Daniel come over to take pictures and put our property on the market he was very helpful and not at pushy as some estate agents are. Bailee done all our viewings for us he was very friendly and professional and our property sold within a week. Lauren took over from there, Lauren was amazing she went above and beyond. She updated us with anything that went on, she chased solicitors helped me with things I didn't understand and even went into the office when she was meant to be off but nothing was ever to big a problem. Professional, friendly and efficient service!

My husband and I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Thomas Marsh. We recently sold our house with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone else wishing to sell their house. The team are professional, yet friendly and ever so helpful. I forgot how stressful moving was; but the team definitely took the stress out of it. We can’t thank them enough for this! Dan came to value our property, but we felt no pressure in putting the house up for sale with Thomas Marsh, because there was no ‘sales-man’ spiel, unlike another agent who also came to value the house. The house was added to Rightmove within a matter of hours – they wasted no time in getting the property sold, and we really felt that we were being looked after. The process from start to finish had a few hiccups, but the team managed these for us and relieved us from the stress. Whenever we picked up the phone there was someone at the other end ready to answer any questions we might have. (and I did call a lot - so thank you for putting up with me and my numerous questions!) Thank you to Dan, Bailee and especially Lauren, who worked tirelessly with our buyer’s solicitors to finalise the completion as soon as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Amazing service from beginning to end

If you are looking for a first class service, you are in the right place!! I invited three local estate agents in to value the property. Dan came to value the property from Thomas Marsh and he won us over with his is knowledge of the local area, the prices of properties similar to ours and his professionalism but more importantly for me, didn't give me the hard sell. The property brochure was pure class, the listing on line the same. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Naz and Bailee and they too were very professional and went out of their way to help and answer any of my questions.......and there were many!! The property sold within a very short period of time and we then had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren who again, was very professional and always on the end of the phone. Helpful and Can't Fault Them

We had quite a difficult chain and Thomas Marsh were excellent could not fault them. They always kept us in the loop of what is happening and with out the help of all of them our chain would of fallen apart. Simply the best

Thomas Marsh was the first agent I contacted when I put my property on the market. This wasn’t due to a leaflet pushed through my door making bold claims and promises, it was simply due to how many SOLD boards they had up in my area. You can’t get a better advertisement than that! and following my initial consultation I decided they were the agents I wanted to sell my property and I have not been disappointed! Thomas Marsh have been excellent at every stage of the process. I was impressed with the depth of their local knowledge at my initial consultation and very happy with the realistic and achievable valuation I was given. The relaxed and friendly way they conduct themselves was refreshing too, no hard sell and no pressure or harassment to make a quick decision to appoint them.. The quality of their properly adverts is excellent too and really did my property justice. Most important they deliver. Within days of the property going on sale they had organised an open house viewing for the following Saturday afternoon and on the Monday morning I had several full asking price offers to consider. But they didn’t stop there, once I had accepted an offer their sales progression team took over and pro-actively managed the sale through all the inevitable ups and downs to successful completion. Perfect service

I have just recently sold my flat through Thomas Marsh. and could not be happier with the service we recieved. From the moment we marketed the property with them they had constant viewings arranged showing how proactive they were to sell the property. All the estate agents were very approachable particularly Naz Miah who was a very good point of contact for us and also very friendly and knowledgable. He even set an agreed fee for the estate agents service which I found very flexible and beneficial to our sale as it saved us money. We had several points of contact at Thomas Marsh Naz Miah and Louise. We had a lot of problems with contact between our solicitors and the buyers solicitors and every time we needed someone to contact them Louise was able to do this for us and have our questions and concerns addressed. Even now having sold and paid Thomas Marsh they are still taking in our stray mail and notifying us that it is there for collection. All round a completely excellent service and estate agents who I would recommended to anyone.
