We are disappointed to learn of your one star review given and your comments made. We can see from the property notes that mould had formed within a short space of time of your tenancy start and was due to a lack of ventilation (not opening windows), drying cloth on radiators through out the property and the use of a condenser dryer.
We have documented emails to show show our staff had supported you during this process to help assist you moving forward with an early break within your tenancy agreement. There are also numerous emails also stating your gratitude for all their efforts made by our staff for the support provided during your short tenancy period. However, we understand that in these situation that the agent is the first point of call for frustration to be vented at.
