GoogleExtremely rude people. Made an appointment to view a house and was given a time and was told i’d receive a confirmation email but i didn’t receive anything. I went to view the house and the sellers were unaware about the viewing however they were so lovely and still let us in and showed us around. I called the estate agent to make an offer and the guy was a bit blunt. They called me back and the unprofessional man who called me back was extremely rude. Taught me what an estate agents job is in the most arrogant way and told to let them do their job because “what are estate agents for” & told us the sellers had complained about us when that is not true because i spoke to the seller apologising but he said it wasn’t my fault and was really lovely about the situation. The estate agent made me look like a liar saying i didn’t book an appointment to view when i did. If it wasn’t for the beautiful house we would never go through such rude and inexperienced people.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleI would like to share my experience with Thomas Marsh. My first agent was Jasmyne Devereaux, and my present agent is Vee Sensi. Great service from their side. They’re doing very good job and you also get some extras with their behaviour. First of all, they will welcome you in a beautiful office where a professional team will wait for you. With their friendly attitude, professional help and experience, letting, renting, buying or selling will be fun. They are always willing to help, respond to your e-mails and phone calls immediately and do not postpone any problems later. I highly recommend Thomas Marsh. I had the opportunity to try out a number of agencies, but neither was at such a high level. All their offered properties are in perfect condition and as new. GoogleVery bad and inadequate experience, the worst we've ever used among all the agents. We chosen them for cheap cost but it turned out to be nightmare. Firstly, not educating the tenant it's a full management services letting and allowing tenant contact the landlord directly which caused major issue at later stage. Secondly, quarterly inspection wasn't done properly and not noticed landlord's item/ white good was removed by tenant and replaced with a tenant's item. Continuously written in the report with incorrect information and not taking further action to notify the landlord for the non approval removal of item from property. Thirdly, landlord found out about the removal of item without consent and seek them for clarifies, they put the blame on landlord and subsequently dismissed and discontinued the service engagement with landlord as a result for not been able to rectify the issue. Fourth, some pictures within the property was not taken for check in inventory report even though the report itself covered the details of the area. Seek their clarification and turn out they refuse to resolve this and simply shut down by saying 'this matter is closed, no more further communication will be carry out'. All statement above were supported by evidence if they deny their involvement. Property ombudsman involvement is needed to prevent any landlord/ tenant to become a victim.

GoogleEstate agent has been unprofessional throughout. From moving in to leaving we have had issues with this estate agent. Prior to moving into the house estate agent provide little help to how anything worked, had no rubbish bin that we had to sort, cooker didn’t work and put the deposit down in the wrong name. Following leaving the property the estate agent had various quotes for gardeners, cleaners and rubbish collectors and wanted to take money from the deposit. After a short conversation they removed all the quotes apart from a £80 cleaning charge.

Thomas Marsh is a highly professional, polite, helpful and a very knowledgeable company. I personally would highly recommend selling your house through them. After signing a contract with them, within 24hrs all the photos and details were advertised on Right Move, On the market.com as well as on their front window touch screen computer display. My house was sold within 3 days. I live in a row of terraced houses and my house was 1 of 3 within that terrace that went up for sale and without a For Sale board, unlike the others that did have their sellers boards put up it took them a couple of months to sell their properties. In fact one had to re-advertise the property twice. Thomas Marsh were their at the end of the phone throughout the whole process, always willing to help, keeping me informed all the way through. They always answered the phone and were on the ball when it came to chasing up anything or simply answering any questions. Their advice was second to none. If you are thinking of selling your house, need a valuation or simply to get advice. Forget about the rest and go with the very best in Grays. Thomas Marsh. They won't let you down.
