GoogleExtremely rude people. Made an appointment to view a house and was given a time and was told i’d receive a confirmation email but i didn’t receive anything. I went to view the house and the sellers were unaware about the viewing however they were so lovely and still let us in and showed us around. I called the estate agent to make an offer and the guy was a bit blunt. They called me back and the unprofessional man who called me back was extremely rude. Taught me what an estate agents job is in the most arrogant way and told to let them do their job because “what are estate agents for” & told us the sellers had complained about us when that is not true because i spoke to the seller apologising but he said it wasn’t my fault and was really lovely about the situation. The estate agent made me look like a liar saying i didn’t book an appointment to view when i did. If it wasn’t for the beautiful house we would never go through such rude and inexperienced people.

GoogleOur experience with Thomas Marsh was extremely pleasant. They handled all the viewings at the beginning and were very accommodating with times due to us working shifts. They got the price that we wanted for our property which they promised and never suggested that we lower the price or consider lower offers. Our experience leading up to and during the exchange was extremely stressful but the after sales department of Thomas Marsh handled it extremely well even though it was very testing and demanding at times. Overall a very professional and pleasant service and would highly recommend to anyone.

GoogleAdvertised a home as a family home but then depending on who you are, claims that it’s only for single couples or two couples sharing as a justification. Working class, good income professionals with no Ccjs but was rejected based on “it’s a family home not for families”
