Magnificent

I must say if someone had told me that my property could get an offer of full asking price in less that 24hr on the market . I would have had a good laugh myself . But Thomas Marsh proved me wrong in less that 24hr of put my property on the market it was given an offer of the full asking price . By that very week , I was able to accept an even higher offer. I must say my experience with Mr Naz who took care of the sale was amazing ,his dedication and attention to details set my property to great heights. A professional, friendly & efficient company

From the initial meeting and valuation by Naz, to the accompanied viewings carried out mainly by Dan & Bailee to the completion of the sales process carried out by Lauren, the whol;e process was done in a professional & efficient but friendly manner. A special mention must go to Lauren Tait who kept the sales process moving and dealt with any queries quickly and always with a smile. She kept me constantly informed with everything and went 'the extra mile' to make sure things progressed to the completion date with as minimal stress to me as possible :) The 24 client online portal is ideal to keep up to date on the 'footfall' online of enquiries, viiewings, offers etc after hours and at weekends. I would definitely recommend Thomas Marsh in Grays to anyone thinking of selling.

Top class professional service

From beginning to end. The manager Naz came round to explain a bit about themselves and came across friendly, informative and exactly what we required. It wasn't a hard sale. We were trialed on an app website which was great, cut out phone calls and update as required. The sales staff work arround our busy schdule with children. Once we had the buyer it was passed to Lauren who managed us from start to finish in this process. Again i cannot thank her enough for the attention to detail, information on every issue that occurred. She managed our expectation all the way through. We were in a large chain and we found Lauren lead the way with all other estate agents. Will be passing to friends and family without hesitation.

Jamie was just wonderful and very professional

Jamie kept my husbandcan d I in the hoop every step of the way. It wasn't an easy road, as the landlord rejected us in favor of a family. Howevet the family did not pass the credit checks. Therefore Jamie called us. My husband at first said no. However, I thought how empathetic Jamie had been. I called her back and she had us all sorted and within the house in a week. So thank you Jamie. You ate an asset to Thomas Marsh.

Alette is Wonder Woman

I have since put another house up for rent but this was a particularly tricky situation due to my location and without Alette sorting absolutely everything out I think I would still be going into the spring next year. Everyone at Thomas marsh was so helpful and friendly

Thomas marsh helped us a lot when we was moving home even down to chasing up solicitors and giving helpful advise on any questions we had. Daniel come over to take pictures and put our property on the market he was very helpful and not at pushy as some estate agents are. Bailee done all our viewings for us he was very friendly and professional and our property sold within a week. Lauren took over from there, Lauren was amazing she went above and beyond. She updated us with anything that went on, she chased solicitors helped me with things I didn't understand and even went into the office when she was meant to be off but nothing was ever to big a problem. To say we was happy with Thomas marsh would be an understatement! ??????????

Professional, friendly and efficient service!

My husband and I would like to say a big thank you to the team at Thomas Marsh. We recently sold our house with them, and would highly recommend them to anyone else wishing to sell their house. The team are professional, yet friendly and ever so helpful. I forgot how stressful moving was; but the team definitely took the stress out of it. We can’t thank them enough for this! Dan came to value our property, but we felt no pressure in putting the house up for sale with Thomas Marsh, because there was no ‘sales-man’ spiel, unlike another agent who also came to value the house. The house was added to Rightmove within a matter of hours – they wasted no time in getting the property sold, and we really felt that we were being looked after. The process from start to finish had a few hiccups, but the team managed these for us and relieved us from the stress. Whenever we picked up the phone there was someone at the other end ready to answer any questions we might have. (and I did call a lot - so thank you for putting up with me and my numerous questions!) Thank you to Dan, Bailee and especially Lauren, who worked tirelessly with our buyer’s solicitors to finalise the completion as soon as possible. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Amazing service from beginning to end

If you are looking for a first class service, you are in the right place!! I invited three local estate agents in to value the property. Dan came to value the property from Thomas Marsh and he won us over with his is knowledge of the local area, the prices of properties similar to ours and his professionalism but more importantly for me, didn't give me the hard sell. The property brochure was pure class, the listing on line the same. I also had the pleasure of dealing with Naz and Bailee and they too were very professional and went out of their way to help and answer any of my questions.......and there were many!! The property sold within a very short period of time and we then had the pleasure of dealing with Lauren who again, was very professional and always on the end of the phone. Lauren gave regular updates and stayed in contact so I felt I always knew where we were with the sale. I cannot rate Thomas Marsh highly enough, all of the team but in particular Lauren and Dan. Great Service, Great Team and an easy move!

Jamie, Katy and the rest of the team were great from the moment i got in touch regarding the viewing of one of their properties. The process from start to finish was quick and easy and i was moved in within a couple of weeks. Their online system made everything much more efficient in terms of referencing, payment of deposit and administration. There was a slight complication with the move in date and the team worked to get this sorted which i really appreciated. Additionally, due to time issues a check in of the property didn't take place and the team kindly refunded me for this. A great team, providing a great service which resulted in a seamless move. Helpful and Can't Fault Them

We had quite a difficult chain and Thomas Marsh were excellent could not fault them. They always kept us in the loop of what is happening and with out the help of all of them our chain would of fallen apart. They went above and beyond for us to be able to sell as quickly and efficiently as possible. Simply the best

Thomas Marsh was the first agent I contacted when I put my property on the market. This wasn’t due to a leaflet pushed through my door making bold claims and promises, it was simply due to how many SOLD boards they had up in my area. You can’t get a better advertisement than that! and following my initial consultation I decided they were the agents I wanted to sell my property and I have not been disappointed! Thomas Marsh have been excellent at every stage of the process. I was impressed with the depth of their local knowledge at my initial consultation and very happy with the realistic and achievable valuation I was given. The relaxed and friendly way they conduct themselves was refreshing too, no hard sell and no pressure or harassment to make a quick decision to appoint them.. The quality of their properly adverts is excellent too and really did my property justice. Most important they deliver. Within days of the property going on sale they had organised an open house viewing for the following Saturday afternoon and on the Monday morning I had several full asking price offers to consider. But they didn’t stop there, once I had accepted an offer their sales progression team took over and pro-actively managed the sale through all the inevitable ups and downs to successful completion. Perfect service

I have just recently sold my flat through Thomas Marsh. and could not be happier with the service we recieved. From the moment we marketed the property with them they had constant viewings arranged showing how proactive they were to sell the property. All the estate agents were very approachable particularly Naz Miah who was a very good point of contact for us and also very friendly and knowledgable. He even set an agreed fee for the estate agents service which I found very flexible and beneficial to our sale as it saved us money. We had several points of contact at Thomas Marsh Naz Miah and Louise. We had a lot of problems with contact between our solicitors and the buyers solicitors and every time we needed someone to contact them Louise was able to do this for us and have our questions and concerns addressed. Even now having sold and paid Thomas Marsh they are still taking in our stray mail and notifying us that it is there for collection. All round a completely excellent service and estate agents who I would recommended to anyone.

I rent my house out through Thomas Marsh. Naz Miah of Thomas Marsh spent time assessing my property and informing me of the rental process. He took plenty of photos and found me tenants I really like within a couple of days of taking over the rental of the property. When I've had queries the staff responded the same day and resolved any queries or issues I've raised. I feel confident that my house is being rented to decent tenants who always pay the rent on time and that the agents are not just renting my house to obtain the commission but really care about their business. This agency deserves to win awards as they are reliable and honest. Unlike some other agents I have used in Grays that have been fairly useless.
