Myself and my partner purchased our first property with these guys and I must say the whole way through I could not have asked for a better service. They helped us choose which mortgage provider was best for us, advised us on what bids we could make to try save money and even helped us set up life insurance should the worst happen. Naz was with us from start to finish! To add the personal touch he even ran down the house keys to help me surprise my daughter with the house!! As well as Naz we also dealt with Chelsea who helped us massively towards the end as we encountered problems outside of their hands, but Chelsea emailed and called to chase them up daily to help us get into the house faster. Overall I’m very impressed with the service and should I move I will be going to these guys again first to see what they have on the market.

Outstanding service from start to finish

From the very beginning of marketing my property right through to the selling process and more Thomas Marsh have been brilliant especially Bailee Curran who found me a buyer and Chelsea Johnson who my sale gets passed to who ensures everything runs smoothly throughout the selling process and she also chases up any outstanding queries and gives you an update of progress on a regular basis, this “extra service” I have noticed is not provided by any of the estate agents that I have used in the past it’s a pretty personalised unique service that Thomas Marsh offer. They sold my property within hours of it going live on rightmove as Bailee was very keen and professional in marketing. All in All I give Thomas 10 out of 10 and throughly recommend them to anyone selling or thinking if selling their property.

BEST IN THE BUSINESS BY FAR decided to move after 29 years in the same house, Thomas Marsh was recommended to us and they were absolutely fantastic, from our first meeting with Bailee to our key exchange with Craig, it was brilliant. Bailee came and did our valuation, he knew exactly what the pricing was for our type of house and was very clued up, he also came and did the photos, our house looked amazing. Craig was our agent, he accompanied the potential buyers, again very professional, polite and knew his stuff. he was fantastic always very supportive and helpful, and absolute star. Once sold we were passed on to Chelsea, another Thomas Marsh absolute star, she helped us though the sale, kept us updated with whats going on and often know more that our solicitor!, which with our difficult chain, was sometimes a real challenge. Firstly I would like to thank Naz, Craig and Chelsea at Thomas Marsh for exceptional service right from the start. I firstly dealt with Naz who was freshing with his calm yet informative approach, I was quite ambitious with my valuation for my property and this was agreed by the agent. The local corporate estate agents stated it wouldnt be possible to achieve the amount that I was looking for, but Thomas Marsh were confident from the get go, Craig dealt with the viewings and was always giving feedback after each viewing and giving recomendations. Once a purchaser was found at the asking price, I dealt with Chelsea-very on the ball, she made sure the purchase was smooth and stress free. I could not recommend Thomas Marsh estate agents enough. Selling our property through Thomas Marsh in Grays has been an absolute breeze. They are professional, organized and respond promptly. Their accurate evaluation of the property was based on a thorough search of similar properties in the area and an in-depth analysis of how best to market the property, in complete contrast to the first estate agent who valued the property 30 thousand pounds less than what we sold the property for! I spoke with a good number of other agents, having discounted the one I used to let by due to their poor service and selected Thomas Marsh based on the feedback on RaterAgent. Very pleased I did. Selling your property can be stressful. Therefore, making the right choice on the sales negotiator was critical for me. Bailee Curran won me from the first contact with his professional attitude and his friendly approach. His experience in the area, based on previous sales, was key to obtain the right valuation for my property. He took excellent photos of the property and prepared a winning online brochure to secure an offer close to the asking price within the first week. Bailee was available on the phone 24/7, following the sale through from day one until completion, contacting the buyer and the solicitors involved to close any open points in a timely manner. He exceeded my expectations, because when a minor repair was needed, and I was abroad, he linked me with one of his contractors, who completed the job straight away. From beginning to end Thomas Marsh have been fantastic dealing with my sale. When first meeting Naz, I found him to be knowledgeable, honest, transparent, realistic and genuine. After being with another agent previously for 6 months without one offer being made in that time, I was pretty jaded by the whole process., but Thomas Marsh got me an offer within the first day of it being on with them. Bailee has been fantastic these last couple of weeks going above and beyond to push my sale through to exchange. Thomas Marsh is one of a kind team. From start to finish the service is excellent. I personally think that every time you talk to one of the team they always manage to make you feel that you are part of the family.
