Spoke to Naz of Thomas Marsh in early January 2016 expressing our interest in buying a buy to let investment in the Purfleet area! Naz explained everything to us talking us through the area etc... They located us a fantastic apartment which we put in an offer for and got excepted although there was a slightly higher offer...
From the beginning process of buying and eventually renting the property and after dealing with the wonderful Patricia at Thomas Marsh these guys completely restored my faith in some select!! few!! Estate Agents.

Thomas Marsh moved me into my first flat to rent and they did an excellent job. Moving out for the first time is rather daunting but Thomas Marsh were there for me every step of the way. The amount of calls of questions I flooded them with and they were ALWAYS there happy to help.
We mainly dealt with Alette and she was really great - I don't know how she put up with me! But even when she wasn't around, there would be someone in the office to help. The night before I moved in I actually went into the office to pick up some documents and I was so nervous about the next day and everyone there were so lovely and reassuring. James, who works at Thomas Marsh, was also reassuring me and was telling me how he actually sold the flat to my Landlord and all the history etc which really put me at ease!
The only thing I'm upset about is that, unfortunately, it is not being managed by them! But at some point this year I will be looking to buy and I will definitely be getting in touch with Thomas Marsh to help me purchase my first house!

I cannot speak highly enough of Thomas Marsh. Naz and James in particular were excellent. My purchase was very complicated and it wouldn't have reached this point had it not been for the professionalism and hard work of Naz. The property was outside of their area however they were very accommodating when it came to viewings and local knowledge.
My most important quality in an agent is good communication and this is an area Thomas Marsh excel in. I will certainly use Thomas Marsh again in the future.

James originally looked after us and was faultless showing us around our new home and answering queries, and marketing / selling our existing home. Jay was also brilliant showing potential buyers around. Naz sealed the deal and our house was sold within days of going on the market. From there Louise took over helping us make sure the exchange / completion of the chain ran smoothly. GoogleI have dealt with many estate agents but none have been as good as Thomas Marsh. I have used their lettings side as well as purchasing a property through them. They continually go above and beyond to help in any way they possibly can. Nothing is ever a problem and you can tell every member of staff takes pride in what they do. Alette has been fantastic, she has dealt with two lettings for me as a landlord and always keeps me updated within regards to viewings or potential tenants good or bad, they do not just put the first tenant they find in your property. If you are looking for an Estate agent who takes pride in what they do and are extremely professional Thomas Marsh is the estate agent to visit.

GoogleDo not use this estate agent! Extremely unprofessional terrible service! We had dealings with Abby, I was interested in a few of their properties, I had the opportunity to view some of their properties in grays, and placed an offer on properties which they advised was available to let, sent all my documents. I didnt get any acknowledgement from Abby, had to keep chasing her up eventually she advised landlord made a personal arrangement with the property she then advised if I would like to put an offer on another property which my husband and I agreed to. Again no acknowledgement email
no timescale offered in order to manage our expectations. a few days later all the properties listed has now been reduced on RightMove! Still no word from Abby and her team. This just confirmed my worst fear, discrimination!
