GoogleI along with my family have been very impressed with the team at Charters Farnham along with their sales progressor Lisa. Having had a bumpy start to selling a probate property with another agent we decided to go with Charters after meeting and discussing everything with Laura. They were very professional, explained how they operate and what we could expect. Within the first week we had 11 viewings booked (after only having 5 in 12 weeks with old agent). The property was sold at viewing 7! Communication was good and any concerns dealt with. Would definitely recommend Charters after our positive experience.PositiveProfessionalism

All of the staff are friendly and helpful, but Nick has consistently gone above and beyond to help drive our purchase through to completion. Communication has been excellent at every stage, and every question or query was answered efficiently. If we ever decide to sell our house in the future, we will definitely do it through Charters.

GoogleFrom my first interaction with Charters, I knew we would end up buying a house with them. I initially had 4 viewings with Matt, who was excellent at keeping me informed of new properties coming onto the market that were a good fit with my search criteria. It was Henry who eventually sold us our house. He was extremely professional, and also very personable and relatable, and had a no BS approach, which was refreshing. He was brilliant throughout the process, liaising on our behalf with the seller and responding helpfully and promptly.

GoogleMaintain the appearance or professionalism without executing as such. In initial meetings they over-estimated the value of my property to secure my custom but failed to secure close to it. Despite numerous issues with the service provided the worst was when I was met by someone, unaffiliated with the agents, who had been given the keys and allowed to enter my property unsupervised and without informing me. When I raised that I was unhappy I was told that I was being unreasonable by Charters. I would not use them again and would advise all friends as such also.
