Both Tim and all the staff at Charters work to a high professional standard and are consistent, able communicators. During a lengthy sale and purchase process we were kept informed and updated regularly, sometimes on a daily basis. Tim's understanding of the house market is thorough and he was able to be reassuring and positive on occasions when the process was particularly difficult and depressing.

Unlike many Estate Agents I have dealt with, Jonny carefully listened to what we were looking for and was very proactive in letting us know when a house that might be of interest was coming on the market ... before it reached Rightmove etc. Invariably when he invited us to look around a house, it was very much with our requirements and wishes in mind.
