FacebookTerrible maintenance service. Reported a leak on 29th September - still no visit or fixing done. in contact via email but no-one is being pro-active. Apparently this is an issue that's happened plenty of times before so this issue should really be resolved before the next tennant moves in.

GoogleAll the staff we dealt with were professional, friendly, responsive and proactive in the marketing of the property. After two sales unfortunately fell through, a change of approach was suggested and this was effected promptly and generated fresh interest immediately. Initially it was suggested that we might benefit from using Lifetime Legal as the sales solicitor and with hindsight we would have gone directly to a local company.

GoogleI cannot recommend Moginie James highly enough. Having dealt with letting agencies in the past who have had no respect for my privacy, it's been a breath of fresh air to move into a home I feel comfortable and relaxed in. The process of moving house was easy and there was always a member of staff at the end of the phone or on email. When we moved in, there was a bottle of champagne and some cat treats left for us, which was a lovely personal touch. I love my home, I feel my privacy is respected and the team at Moginie James are always so helpful. When dealing with maintenance issues, we always speak to the same person and our issues are dealt with promptly and with the highest level of professionalism. On a more personal level, having dealt with severe anxiety due to rude and inconsiderate past letting agencies, my anxiety has almost completely disappeared since moving home and I attribute this almost entirely to the lovely staff at Moginie James. If you're looking for a letting agency that will help you, be attentive to your needs and always respect your privacy and home, then use Moginie James. They are by far the best in Cardiff!

We spoke to different people at the Estate Agents throughout the process and they were excellent whether in terms of viewing arrangements or subsequently as we purchased our house. They kept us updated each step of the way up to completion point and were very prompt in their responses when we needed them. The were very supportive. Thanks for the excellent and painless house purchase experience. Highly recommended.

GoogleHad been using an estate agent who had managed 3 viewings in 3 months, Switched to Moginie James and they managed 3 in the first week, had an offer within 3 weeks. Very good service and very professional. Have to add some more here. As time is progressing with the house sale they touch base at least once a week with any updates or if anything is due to happen, makes one feel a proper valued part of the selling process. Can't recommend them enough!

GoogleUnfortunately, it was not the good. I did not recommend to belive in thrier words and customer service. They promised to deliver the house clean, promised a professional cleaning, and did not perform. The house was with a lot of grease in kitchen wardrobes, dirt in bathroom cabinets, the stoven hood, was dripping oil up to the stove. Dust and cobwebs all over the house. When claimed, they visited the residence and said that this standard is normal, said to be above the accepted standard for the region. If I need of a state again, I'll do my best not to be Moginie James. It is a ridiculus focus at the costumers.

We are currently viewing houses for our second house and I was really disappointed when I asked to book an appointment for a second viewing I was told I would only get 15/20 minutes and that anyway that would be plenty as we’d already seen it once and that the house wasn’t big...I understand saturdays are busy and estate agents need to fit as many appointments as possible but I wasn’t offered another day when I asked about going on a week day...
