Excellent from Start to Finish

Having not rented a property in many many years, I was feeling completely out of my comfort zone about what to do now and what to expect. I met with Ceri Jardine, Lettings manager, who was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. This gave me confidence that things would go as planned which indeed they did. The flat was rented quickly and I felt the MJ team helped me through the whole experience. I particularly want to mention that Ceri and Cat were very supportive and professional in their dealings with me. Based on this experience I would hesitate to recommend MJ as an agent for letting property.

LANDLORD REVIEW-TENANT ONLY FIND SCHEME

I have always found the staff I deal with at Moginie James ,Letting Dept in Cyncoed Office in Cardiff to be friendly, polite and efficient. The names of the staff I usually deal with are Ceri,Harriet,Cat and Dave. I have four properties which I let out in Cardiff and always use Moginie James,as the tenants they have introduced and have found for me have caused me no bother whatsoever. ITo sum up I receive a first class service and will continue to use Moginie James in the future..

Can't ask for anything more

Moginie James rented our apartment within an hour, pretty much (March 2016). It hadn't even been listed (we hadn't even finished moving out). The very friendly and professional member Ceri visited and inspected the property on the Friday, and called back within an hour to say they had suitable tenants. They viewed it on the Monday and took the place. Have used Moginie James for years because they have good distribution across Cardiff, and maintain professional standards – staff always clued-up and on the ball whether that's on the sales or lettings side.

renting houses

I rented, out my two properties with moginie, James, I found that Rob Iyles was very helpful with morgages I understood everything that he was explaining to me. I also found Cat Deeley was extremely helpful, she went out of her way to help me rent my properties, she is extremely friendly person and very good at her job. I am very greatful of everything Cat did to help me find good tenets for both my properties.

Excellent landlord service

Excellent service received from the whole team in the rental department. Ceri on the initial valuation was honest, friendly and knowledgeable. Within a few hrs of the advert going live we had several viewings booked in and our house was then let on the first viewing. Was kept up to date with the references and progress throughout. Overall a great service.

Excellent all- round service

I've been a buy- to-let landlord for some while and when it came to letting out my father's property we approached Moginie James, as they were local to the property. From the market appraisal, to the production of marketing materials, to getting the property on-line and a board outside, everything was done very efficiently. Most importantly, the property let, to very suitable tenants, within 3 weeks - for pretty much the monthly rent they had assessed and so we were very pleased. We received a text message before each viewing and feedback afterwards. They were also able to arrange an Energy Performance Certificate very quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Superb service

Super efficient service , they came to visit the house on the same day as asked and within 24 hours it was advertised and a really good tenant found with days ( even though it is a quiet time of the year ) They have the contacts that landlords need to get good tenants quickly. Huge thanks to the great team. We have used them before and they never fail to disappoint; great advice from beginning to end.

Short Term Let of Family Home

Many thanks for helping let our family home while we were temporarily out of the country travelling. I don't think it could have gone any better and it was great to know that our home was in safe hands while we were away.
