Amazing and True Professional

I recently purchased my first property through Moginie James, where Karen was working at the time. From Day one, she was extremely helpful and couldnt be anymore assertive to my needs and wants. Karen, was very patient and as you can imagine i didnt really know what i needed to do for my first property. However, Karen bent over backwards to help me make my decision and also provided me with the resources, time and appointments in order to so. I can't praise Karen enough, and hope every property i purchase in the future is through her. Keep smiling and keep up the amazing work!!

Reassuring, very friendly & helpful for me as a first time buyer!

Everyone who i've spoken to from booking the viewing, making an offer, receiving the 'congratulations your offer has been accepted' phone call, and guidance i'm receiving with my next steps has been exemplary. As a first time buyer, the whole process is so daunting, but Cat and her colleagues in the Albany Road branch has made everything so much easier. The team has been so patient and accommodating with my questions. They're always happy to help and respond very, very quickly to my emails. I'm also never ringing for very long before they answer the phone. I'd spoken to a few other estate agents on my quest to find my perfect first home, and the service from Moline James really does stand out. I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

Karen Hewitt has been very professional and helpful to me.

I found Karen to be very pleasant, patient and efficient in our dealings. I am very happy with the service I have received. Andrew too was extremely patient and did not rush me during my viewing. He went the extra mile checking things for me on Google maps for example.

Excellent service! Would highly reccomend.

We are first time buyers and are new to the property market. From the very beginning we have received excellent service from Helen Davies and the rest of the team at Moginie James (Cyncoed Office). All the staff have been friendly, efficient and have endeavoured to keep us up to date throughout the process. We are extremely happy with the support and guidance we have received to date. We would definitely recommend this estate agent and their mortgage advisor Rob to our friends & family.

Highly recommended!

All the staff were fantastic from start to finish. They were all very patient with myself and my family as we did take some time before deciding that the property we viewed firstly with Moginie James was the one for us, and it is! we are extremely happy here. Thank you all.
